Dr. Ruttinger has limitations in his review of patient needs. He rarely reviews reports from other specialists of the patient. His ego does not allow contradicting him nor suggesting options other than his own. His staff is a revolving door and he has lost several very competent members of his staff. Finally, the billing service he uses has no coordination with his office and Nancy issues about his statements went unanswered. He does not get along with other physicians, by his own words, that’s why he is a @one man practice. It took me many years to discover he was not meeting my medical needs.

After trying several other Doctors, I found Dr. Ruttinger and he was able to get to the root of my problems and put me on the road to a healthy and happy life. Can't say enough about Dr. Ruttingers' services and Staff. Dr. Ruttinger will spend the time it takes to properly and completely address the issues that brought you to him. If you want a Dr. who truly cares about his patients and does whatever it takes to fix it then you want Dr. A. Clark Ruttinger.

Dr. Ruttinger is a very experienced Doctor. He saved one of my friend's life. He had gone with other doctors for about 3 years and no one could figure out what he had. He made an appointment with Dr. Ruttinger and was able to diagnose his cancer that same day. He was able to get surgery and now cancer free due to Dr. Ruttinger's expertise.

The Dr is very knowledgeable but every time I have gone to him the wait time is horrible. One appointment was an hour and 45 minutes. Totally uncalled for.

I care about Dr. Ruttinger he is very smart and I love the nurses they are very sweet but he has a down fall his ignorant and pathetic office manager who can not speak English very well, she has no manners and has no clue what she is talking about. They have a new girl working there by the name of Brenda who has no experience what so ever. I wish Dr. R the best of luck I hope he hires another good front office staff like the nurses he has.

Dr. Ruttinger knew exactly what I had. After going to many doctors in the past that could never figure out what was wrong with me. I will never go anywhere else. He's a life saver! He truly enjoys what he does and it shows every time I go to see him.

My husband and I are always treated great. I was having some trouble with my legs and Dr. Ruttinger figured out my problem and sent me to the right specialist.

I've been a patient of Dr. R for 8 years. I have lupus and have flares all the time. I call for appointment and staff always get me right in. I feel like I'm his only patient. He is kind and caring and seems to always be looking out after me. He is extemely knowledgeable in all medical matters. I've gotten to know his entire staff and they are wonderful, fun and caring. After reading other posts, you tell me what Dr you don't have a wait for and I'll dance a jig for you. You wait for all doctors.

Rate??? ZERO!!! He makes his patient wait for almost tow hours and see them for 5 minutes. Always running behind with schedule. Do not follow up with patient regarding lab results. My hushand had to call them 2 weeks after his lab draw and only to find out he hasn't seen it yet and the results were concerning. His staff covered it up by saying "We just got the result today and the Doc. has to review it yet." This is two weeks later!!! We asked them to fax the result over to us after review and it showed the lab dept. had submitted the result to them a day after the draw. His staff are unkept and not so knowledgeable. Makes one wonder if his patients are just numbers to him.

The staff there is ridiculous! They are always calling me while I am at work to tell me about things that do not relate to me at all (I think they may be calling the wrong number). I can never get an appointment with them and they have so many rules and regulations on when I can make an appointment and at what time I would be able to come in depending on what I need to see the doctor for. To make matters worse, when I called in to speak about my perscription, Cathy put me on hold for 5 min because the staff could not find my charts and they did not have a record of me ever getting a prescription. She then rudely told me that I would have to make an appoinment before I could recieve the medicine that I had already been recieving for months. Don't waste your time going here.
