Dr. Fain is a good doctor albeit none too personable. The real pain comes in the waiting room. Waited over an hour for wisdom teeth removal appt. Forced to watch god-awful video of all kinds of oral surgeries. Front desk doesn't know the meaning of customer service. A little communication goes a long way to increase my patience but they don't get that. Return visit is just as bad. The waiting room is standing room only. I'm ready to stage a walkout protest. One lady has been waiting over two hours...in pain! I'm finding a new doctor for my sons wisdom teeth removal!
