First appointment I thought Dr. Dark was great, but the second appointment her care was very impersonal. Without really knowing me she concluded that I dont eat veggies or fruits. Get to know a patient before you judge.

Never had an appointment on time. She is always running late. Once spent an hour past my appt. time in the waiting lobby. Got into a room when I expressed my unhappiness! Staff will get you a sameday appt., but you'll have to wait!

POOR STAFF SUPPORT, POOR COMMUNICATION, NO RETURN PHONE CALLS, KNOWLEDGEABLE DOCTOR BUT POOR COMMUNICATION AND AVAILABILITY CAUSED ME TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Pleasant doctor. She's concerned about my well-being; will refer me to specialist if she can't make the diagnosis. She has a polite and friendly staff.
