Misdiagnosed my daughter’s stroke, sent her home as there was nothing wrong with her and she had a second stroke, ended up at the U of A in ICU, she was only 21

The very first time I call an ambulance. Get to the hospital and realize that the Dr on call is the one who brushed you off and misdiagnosed for the last 13yrs. I asked if there was another Dr . They said no. I said I cant see him. Nurse came over and asked if there was anyway she could change my mind🤮 I said: Absolutely not!! Pealed all the stickies off me, got off the stretcher , pulled up my pants and walked out the door. Had no coat for this weather. Waited 40 min in it waiting for a friend to come get me. What a waist of money and peoples time. I just cant subject myself to it anymore.. suffered it out through the night. Try go back today and see someone else.

Dr louw is absolutely terrible and dumbs you down to make you feel like your illness or condition doesn’t matter and it’s in your head. His bedside manners have been outrageous, and will never apologize for a wrong he made. This man will ruin your life and misdiagnose you.

I've read all the reviews Dr Louw has always had to his compassion. Howeverhe has to decide.that's why they are doctors..so what misdiagnosed it's in our blueprint before we are born

I’m a college student in vermilion and went to ER, this Dr was so inappropriate and creeped me out!!! Closed the door with no nurse and pulled down my shirt kind of aggressive and put his stethoscope on my breast. So freaked out, I’ll never go back.

Very rude, no bedside manner. Made me feel very uncomfortable he pulled down my shirt to listen to my heart and lungs and I could tell that my bra was showing and his stethoscope got a little too low for comfort. Waited two hours for him to just tell me to keep on talking Advil and I’ll be fine and he tried to do the same exact test the nurses had already done so he sounds like not a very good communicator either.

Very rude! No bedside manners what so ever. Had my husband in when I knew he was getting dementia and the doctor said there was nothing wrong. Went to a doctor in Lloydminster and he was no. 6 and indeed had dementia. When I did ask him about a pill he had prescribed for my husband, he slammed his book down and said "you can't believe everything you read on the internet" Do you call that a doctor???

After sitting for 8 hours in emergency, finally got in... He was rude and ignorant and after a total of 9 hours in vermilion hospital he wouldn’t even answer my questions!! He should retire I think!!! Very very very unprofessional! We sign your pay check, without your patients you wouldn’t be a doctor!! So appalling
