Terrible doctor, super rude, lack of caring and compassion. He makes you feel like a number and at the end he didn't help at all.

This Dr is terrible. I took my young daughter into his walk-in because I suspected strep throat. He was in a rush and he jabbed her throat so hard with the cotton swab he made her bleed. He was just terrible. I've been back to him when I have literally no other option (i.e. my regular dr is closed) just to get a prescription because he totally doesn't care -- you tell him, I need this prescription, you describe your symptoms fitting that drug and he's all sure here you go - doesn't even verify. SMH. Bad doctor but if you want a loophole go to him.

Completely useless dont bother wasting your time with this doctor, made me remove my shoes(who does that) and cut me off and told me to go home

The receptionist has a piece of lined paper with a line drawn in the middle. Numbers 1-25 one side 26-50 the other. Your a NUMBER here not a patient. Every time I have taken my daughters or alone, Dr Fu appears very rush. He comes across as cold. He often misdiagnosed my daughter only for use to have neither reason to return so they can second bill OHIP. I thought maybe he would give better attitude as a family DR on Thursday as that's th e only day he takes Family clients, I was wrong. My 11 year old daughter even asked die why the DR never listens and is in such a rush.........u never have his full attention. I hope OHIP investigates this DR for over booking amongst other things. It's my understanding from OHIP u r allowed 15 mins with the DR, that's what they are paid for...........this DR is local that's the only good thing......the office staff are friendly at times but more often cold and it's very common for them to fail to send off re questions the first and second time.......i suggest, you take ur own hath in ur own hands and call the specialist the same day and few days later to indeed confirm the Dr's staff did follow thru, it would as no surprise to me that once again they failed to do so.......this office cares simply about the numbers....

I went into this clinic and they refused to offer me health care...because I wouldn't take off my shoes! There is a FOOT clinic operating from the same location...so people come in with all kinds of horrible foot diseases. The arrogant front desk staff person was like the "No Soup For You!" guy from Seinfeld. I was shocked to be refused Ontario Healthcare (on a Friday) because of a inane concern and nothing else. A doctor with compassion would not behave in this manner. The oath doctors take specifically says: "I will use my power to help the sick to the best of my ability and judgement; I will abstain from harming or wronging any man by it."

best doctor I have had.I have never had to wait too long .if its a long wait they tell me and I can come back.staff is polite and friendly.been my doctor since he moved to Bradford.won't change doctors.

Not sure what safety regulations they follow, but they will make you take off your shoes when you visit their clinic ( just you, the dirty patient, the doctor is wearing shoes). The wait was 3 hrs for walk-in but the good thing is they take your health card and tell you when to come back. The doctor was in a hurry, told us that our 9 month old baby who was down with the flu has a common cold and we should wait until it passes... Most likely the worst doctor I've seen so far.
