He is honest and pushes you to work hard (knee replacement). Makes you realize to take this surgery and recovery very seriously. Plus, I have never waited very long.

He is never on time. You get called into the appoinment quickly and then wait in the room for at least an hour every time...very frustrating and disrespectful.
