If you are referred to this doctor, do your best to see an associate or go to a completely different office altogether. He is extremely condescending, refused to look at my brain images with me. Gave me generic information about my condition that is not in keeping with the newest research and technology widely available via the world wide web. (i.e. not hard to find, not even for a layperson) Refused to answer questions, in fact, he ran out of room red-faced and in a huff when my husband asked some basic questions about my condition. 2/10 Would not go back.

I went with my fiance for an appointment with Dr. Sani, to have a fracture in my boyfriend's spine treated that occurred during a seizure he had just recently. Dr. Sani stereotyped him, did not look at any of my boyfriend's ER discharge documents or scans on CD, and refused to treat him any further beyond providing a back brace. He was very rude and totally unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to see this doctor. I cannot even rate his knowledge, because he really didn't help us at all.

Dr. Sani is a brilliant surgeon and a very attentive doctor. He has been wonderful to me and my entire family. He was always available to answer all of our questions and ease our minds through a very difficult surgery. We did a lot of research on doctors throughout the country who did this type of surgery and we were confident he was the best. We have already recommended him to other possible patients who could benefit from his expertise. He also has a marvelous staff, especially his NP Joshua Siebell who is so responsive and professional as well as knowledgeable in answering questions.

Dont waste your time seeing this doc for pineal cyst.

If you want a Doctor not to see you after surgery then see Dr Sani. Surgery was performed on Sept 8th 2014 did not see Dr. until May 3rd. If you want a staff to tell your insurance company that you can work a full day. Then this is the office to see. Was on disability and now I am not even though I was still having terrible pain. That did not even get me a visit from Dr Sani.
They are more worried about how there hardware then then pain your having. THEN See This DR. When you also have 6 vertebra in your lower back that they can't do surgery for but they tell your insurance that you can lift 40 pounds. Then See this DR.
Never have I been treated so badly....

I had laminectomy with decompression by Dr. Sani. He is an excellent Neurosurgeon. Two days after surgery my pain was gone. I am ready to go back to work. I will highly recommend him to any body who needs Neurosurgery. I live 40 miles away from him, but distance did not matter. All matters is the Doctor Knowledge and skill.

Dr Sani and his staff, especially his PA Thomas Pittman set a professional standard that is above and beyond any I have experienced before. Dr Sani is a gifted Neurosurgeon with a pleasant bedside manner that is reassuring to patient and family. I had Unilateral STN/Deep Brain Stimulation for symptoms of Parkinson's Disease. After several patient stimulator programming sessions with PA Thomas Pittman, I am very satisfied with the final result. They have turned the clock back 8 years for my Parkinson's symptoms, giving me a much higher quality of life. `

Dr. Sani is an excellent doctor. He is very caring, compassionate knowledgeable and timely. His entire staff is the same way. I would definitely recommend this doctor!!
