Ratings for Dr. T. Jaffer
Absolute rip off! Do not come to this clinic unless you’re fine paying expensive fees for mediocre services. You can definitely find better bang for the buck elsewhere. No wonder many people (myself included) have decided to switch to another dentist.
I also found the office manager dude to be very annoying.

This dentist is the best you can find. She gives the best needles. Is great with kids and loves each and every person that walks in. Her staff is fun and loving and always willing to help . She makes your appointment fun and quick.

The office man ruins the entire atmosphere. You're lucky if you don't see him. Don't waste spending your time and money there

Dr. Jaffer is knowledge and pleasant, yes. What I learned after being a patient in her office for approximately one year is that she charges significantly more for her services than other dentists. This is why I rated her one star. I changed recently to the number one ranked dentist in Sherwood Park and not only is he fantastic and very child friendly, my 100% basic insurance coverage actually covers the entire bill. At Dr. Jaffer's office, that was NOT the case. I always had to pay out of pocket over and above my "100% insurance coverage (eg: approx. $30-$50 for routine exam/cleaning) because she charges more than what my insurer will pay. Another example, she quoted my husband $300 MORE per tooth to replace his veneers than our new dentist. If you don't mind paying a lot more than you need to, Dr. Jaffer is your dentist (note: this is my second posting, my first one went under another "Dr. Jaffer"). Aside from the financial aspect, she is not a great dentist for children. She is kind and professional but she just lacks that certain something that makes children more comfortable in the dental chair.

I recently went for a opinment with Dr.jaffer . She is one of the most knowledgeable dentist I have met.She gives the best needles in town and she treats you with respect.I would recommend her and her staf .

I recently was in the market for a new dentist when I found Dr Jaffer. She is the most funniest down to earth individual . She is a smart, opinionated, well spoken woman. She has many interesting stories to tell that keep ones mind off the dental procedures as I am quite nervous sitting in a dentists chair. Her staff are SUPER AWESOME and are very welcoming. WTG DR JAFFER

She has a poor reputation and makes you pay for even temporary crowns when they should be part of the service. She will bill you like there is no tomorrow or teeth. She is interested in your money not your teeth. Constant turn over of staff.

I had to go see a dentist for an emergency as my tooth fell out when I was hit with a baseball. I called a few dentists and they all said it would be a few hours before they could take me in. Dr Jaffer told me that I could come in right away and she managed to squeeze me in even though she was fully booked. She took care of the problem and relieved my pain. I will continue to see her. By the way she has a really cool practice.

How I spent my summer vacation..... I came to Dr. Jaffer with a mouth full of problems, and she very patiently took on the challenge. The desk staff was friendly and helpful, the dental assistants were all good, and the other Dr even helped me out in an emergency! Dr. Jaffer and her primary assistant were excellent. They took the time and care required to deal with extensive reconstructive work. There was an awful of time balancing and scheduling, and we all made things work. Things that were not perfect from the lab went back until it was perfect. I will return for future dental work.

Dr .jaffer is the best you can find . She loves everyone that walks in the front door whether they are blue green or red . She does not only do the work well but she brings a smile to everyone's face .Her staff , husband ,and 2 beautiful kids are very lucky to have her . She is one of the most talented people you will ever meet .
