I was very disappointed with the service I received from Dr. Haruta. I was extremely upset to discover that when I went in for my second appointment with him, he had me scheduled me with another dentist without even informing me or asking for my consent. I found him to be manipulative and more concerned with trying to figure out how he could charge me 2 times for the same office visit rather than what i actually wanted to do. I would not recommend or go back.

Most of his staff are friendly, but he doesn't know what he's doing. Small cavities turn into huge fillings that fall out within months. No care or compassion for patients, not gentle when giving freezing...felt like he stuck the needles into bone

Dont waste your time youll have to take time off work and pay for another apointment a week later to have your tooth fixed all over again and more freezing

Repeated visits paying out of pocket each time for the same issue only weeks apart with no improvment. Have to switch dentists to one who cares about helping not money

Refuses to treat cavities until the tooth needs to be extracted then wants you to get a dental implant. So unethical and just wrong. Only cares about the money

Absolutely terrible. reception would rather talk to eachother then help you while you stand waiting and waiting
Dentist pulled a side tooth saying it was causing me issues now I went to specialty dentist and they said my old X-rays showed tooth was healthy and could have been filled!

Most of the dental assistants/hygienists are nice, the rest of the staff is horrible to deal with. Derek doesn't care about anything but money and will leave you in pain whether it be your teeth or your pocket. No compassion at all I don't believe any of the 5 star reviews are real...especially since the people posting them have no other reviews lol. You know you're bad when you have to get your staff to lie and boost your rating lol

Absolutely terrible. Reception staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They talk down to patients for the rest of those in the waiting room to hear.

No accountability is ever taken for the treatment received, in regards to both dental and by the staff. So many fake reviews are posted on google, beware.
