Love Dr. LEE. The receptionist is awful. On hold forever two different times. Finally hung up. Just wanted to make an appointment and get a pharmacy phone number that was mail order, because insurance changed.

He is the worst doctor ever! He overbooks patients so you have to wait forever unless you are the first few patients. They tend to book 3 per 10Min slot and if your appointment is at 9am and a person whose apt is at 10 am shows up first they will take the 10 am one. I complained several times about that and now they dont do it with me so I dont know if they still do it with others. Also the staff is not friendly at all and when you call for something they say they told the doctor and he says he didnt get the message. Dr. Lee sys its not his job to fill out paper work you need and its a waste of his time. I need papers filled out for workers comp social security and lawyers and he refuses and wont cooperate to help me. He tells me all these things wrong with me but says theres no hope for me. He does not spend quality time with patients and does not seem to care. He does not do whatever it takes to help his patients. Honestly he should not be allowed to practice medicine!

At first I was very satisfied with Dr. Lee. My problems are migraine head ache's and nerve damage in my knees. He has not been able to help with the headaches, but has helped with feet problems. Lately wait time to see him has been way too long. Last visit over an hour. I ended up leaving without seeing him. Had blood work done awhile back and was told it was o.k. When I asked for a copy, I was told there was a charge. He had me take the sleep test several years ago and no one ever called me with the results. I called repeatedly after a year had gone by and was told the hospital had not sent the results to them yet. That the hospital was slow sending. I finally went to the hospital myself and picked up the results. They had been sent to the Dr. several times by the hospital. Dr. Lee had me take a test for dizziness over a month ago. When I call for results I am told they will call me back. To date no call. I am changing Neurologists.

Dr. Lee spent less than ten minutes with me, did not give me any feedback, just "all ok", and charged over $2,000. I went on Web MD and diagnosed my problem, and went on to another physician who treated it. When I needed my EMG results for long term care insurance, it took repeated requests and finally the insurance company had to request the record so that some one in the office could respond to the insurance company and bypass Dr. Lee. He seems to be the epitome of what is wront with healthcare in the US.

Dr. Lee truly cares about his patients. He is very thorough and was the first of all my specialists to detect my Lupus in my bloodwork. He is very good at keeping up to date with the latest technologies and methodologies, and likes to have his patients involved in their care.
