Dicillo is very friendly when he is with you, but tends to be disorganized, maybe absent-minded and not very thorough. He takes very cryptic notes and relies on the patient to fill him in on past appointments and prescribed medications. He tends to focus only on the immediate medical issues (I have type 2 diebeties) and does not take a whole health approach. He doesn't explain what he is going to do after blood is drawn nor explains the tests he recommends and why, unless you take the initiative and ask him yourself; he is not a good communicator. His nursing staff is not friendly nor do they take blood pressure accurately: Ex: nurse tested blood pressure at 30 points high on both systolic and dystolic, assuming that I had high blood pressure. Doctor re-took blood pressure after I asked him and found blood pressure was normal. I feel I can't trust him nor his nursing staff. The doctor does not manage his office nor his staff very well. No appointments; first come first serve.
