After my colonoscopy we briefly discussed what he found. He was very short and didn't give many details on how to solve my problem. Weeks later I discovered another problem and called him. He said "I did find that during your exam". He never discussed that during the initial exam and now I am in pain as the problem has worsened.

Went to him recently. Even though my Dr had faxed over the referral, they couldn't find it and had me call my Dr then and there to get them to fax another one over. They later found it. Things like this are why health care is so expensive; administrative incompetence. The Dr visit went well though. Brief but I think we covered the issue I came in for.

I went in for a colonoscopy. Before the procedure I asked him about something I had noticed with the preparation. He didn't answer me. Perhaps he didn't hear me but he should have. He began the procedure "Let's get this party going." Is that how he begins every procedure? (Not very professional in my eyes.) I was put under anesthetic for the procedure so I have no comment for that except that I guess the anesthesiologist must have done a good job, though he was not very helpful when he prepared me, too distracted. After the procedure was over I sat waiting in the Dr's office. I think I had to wait too long. He said he'd be in as he walked by but I wasn't sure he was talking to me so I ignored that. (You should make eye contact if you are going to talk to someone in a busy office.) Eventually he came in and wizzed through my results. I had two questions I wanted to ask him and had to stop him from walking out the door to get them answered. He is much too brief with his patients. I am happy with his diagnosis but not his manner.
