Dr less is awesome, I just wish she would start her own practice. the office staff is dragging her down over there. she has an awesome bedside manner, always remembers what is going on with my children, and is very hospitable and gentle

She is a wonderful personable doctor. My son has been seeing her since his premature birth in 2006. I would be devastated if we ever had to change doctors. I trust her 100% with my sons well being. I havent always been satisfied with the front desk staff or the priority in which flu shots are given, but as far as Dr Less herself and most of the medical assistants go, I love them :)

My son has an ongoing problem with tonsils and adeniods. He previous ped. would not send him to a specialist. Dr. Less informed me that he needs to see someone right away. She gave me the referral and my son had surgery within a month and has felt 100% ever since then. She's great!!

She takes the time to listen to not only to me as the parent but also to my child. If she doesn't understand, she gently attempts to get more info from my child. She cares. She followed up herself, not a nurse, with us at home when my daughter was very sick.
