I had a face-lift in April 2016, and had the worst experience and outcome imaginable. I suffered extensive damage to my parotid gland, resulting in nerve and muscle damage, facial paralysis & asymmetry. I still have partial facial paralysis and asymmetry 19 months later , and I believe it to be permanent which has caused no small emotional distress. There are no legal remedies available because he carries little malpractice insurance. In light of my experiences, I would warn anyone against going to Dr Greenberg.

I went to Dr Greenberg in 2013 for saline breast implants. I wanted them to look very perky yet natural, which they did for about a year. Then they started falling below the implant pocket, leaving a double bubble deformity. I contacted the office about having this fixed due to his lack of detail during my procedure to prevent this error. They told me I could pay 3500 for a lift or 5500 for new silicone implants and a lift. As much as I appreciate the discount, I shouldn't have to pay for his mistake . I was also working at Hooters at the time and I could have been a great word of mouth referral for my friends to get their breasts done by him . I am now going to Dr Messa in south Florida to get my breasts fixed. He is a true artist and he guarantees his work and even offers to fix this deformity for free if it occurs to his patients.

He is a butcher!!! All he wants is your money. Use at your own risk but i would recommend looking around most of the positive reviews on all the sites are from his staff.

Dr. Scott A. Greenberg's response
I am not sure how to respond to such anger. It would be better for you to allow us to help you resolve your problems than to indiscriminately and anonymously post unfactual statements on this site.

I did a breast augmentation for the first time in December 2013, but decided to get another one done with Dr. Greenberg in March 2014 (3 months after my previous surgery) because they were too small. He did a good job but they were way too small and I had a big gap between my breasts after the first surgery. After talking to him he suggested of going back to surgery and getting them bigger but didn't want to close the gap because he was scared that the implants were going to mesh together. I was not happy about that because I can't wear open tops to show my cleavage, but I was okay with it since no one could notice it when I was wearing a bra or sport bras. About a week ago around November 1, 2015 I noticed that my left implant seemed to be shifting to my left side. And the next day my implant seemed lower than the right one and I could feel my implant even more than before. I was extremely scared and called right away and I got an appointment for Wednesday 11/4/15. He saw me and all he said was that my pocket opened but I could leave it like that or I could go back to surgery again which would cost me $2,275.00 extra on top of all the money I had already paid him for the previous 2 surgeries. Now, I am self conscious and won't be able to wear a bathing suit until I get this fixed. I am extremely disappointed because I trusted him and he seemed to be very understanding at the time and this time he couldn't even give me a clear explanation of why the pocket opened. He asked me if I was left-handed and I said that I wasn't. The previous month I didn't work or did anything strenuous because I was studying for my boards for an entire month. I was not lifting or doing anything out of the ordinary. I usually don't complain or give bad reviews but I wouldn't want anyone else to go through all of this. I am only 22 years old and this is something that can be fixed, but I wouldn't be going through this if it was done right the first time. I am extremely disappointed and I will be doing more research for my next surgery to fix this issue.

Dr. Scott A. Greenberg's response
I believe I responded to you in detail previously on another site. As you may recall, I advised you NOT to proceed with your second surgery because I believed your size was appropriate, natural and in proportion to the rest of your body. In fact, you placed a very positive review online about your experience immediately after your first procedure!! However, you wanted to be bigger in size, and against my better judgment, I went ahead. And now you have these problems, as I told you you may, because your implants are too big. Sometimes the doctor does know best and you should have taken my advice. I am sorry that this occurred and the problems could definitely have been avoided had you not been so insistent in having larger implants. The good news is that it can be corrected but these problems are the consequences of your own actions.

This review is actually for the medical esthetician at Dr. Greengerg's office. Lynn Kellicut is amazing. I suffer from adult acne and am extremely hesitant when it comes to going to a new esthetican. The first time we met for a consultation, Lynn sat with me for 45 minutes to explain the cause of acne and how to treat it. She then persononalized a product regimen for me. After trying (and LOVING) the products, Lynn had me return to the office every 2 weeks for 2 months for a "product check" to make sure the line was working for my skin. Needless to say, my skin has never looked better and I now visit her every 4 weeks for dermaplaning and a treatment. Lynn is the best!!!

To say that Dr. Greenberg changed my life for the better would be a vast understatement. The confidence I have in myself post surgery is incredible. I am very pleased with all of my results.

I lost around 150 pounds over the span of close to two years. I took my time through eating healthy and exercise, but in my 40s, my skin was not going to shrink, no matter how slowly I lost the excess weight. I came to my consultation with Dr. Greenberg feeling very depressed, concerned that I would never be happy with how I looked, no matter how healthy I was on the inside. This is because I made the mistake of going to another local plastic surgeon for a consultation first, and he was very discouraging and insulting. When I met Dr. Greenberg, I knew right away that this consult was going to be very different. We talked at length in his office about my situation, my goals and what surgeries I thought I needed. He was able to very clearly show me that my preconceived notions were wrong, that I didn’t have to be satisfied with the lower goals I had set. He gave me many options to get the results I wanted; results I had honestly not allowed myself to believe could be achieved. I never felt pressured in any way to have specific surgeries done; he simply wanted me to fully understand the possibilities. After he explained everything patiently, I was very confident about what I would like him to do: I had a breast lift, brachioplasty, and a belt lipectomy.

Dr. Greenberg and everyone on staff was absolutely wonderful at each visit. They were always quick to answer questions, concerns, making sure I understood everything. I truly believe that they care very deeply for their patients. I was never confused or disappointed, the outcomes were explained and each surgery lived up to my realistic expectations.

“Thank you” does not seem like enough to express how very grateful I am. The world is opened up to me, clothing fits me correctly, and I like what I see in the mirror. I feel proud of my accomplishments, and would absolutely recommend Dr. Greenberg to anyone seeking plastic surgery.

I have been going to Dr. Greenberg for several years for non-surgical maintenance procedures; lasers, botox, fillers, etc., and love him and his staff! I have never been pressured to do any more than I wanted to do, and I believe that by doing this, when/if the time comes that I wanted or needed surgical intervention, I will be in good hands. You are always treated as a friend, never rushed through questions, and the procedures are always professional, sterile, and competent. I have had multiple people complement me on my skin, which by the way had acne scars and large pores before I started going to him. I'll keep on coming back!

I would advise anyone considering using this surgeon to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I spent a lot of money on a nose and breast job. My nose is now bent and I can't breathe and my right breast has ruptured. They were very rude and unhelpful when I needed their help years ago and when I tried to get back he actually turned me away for no reason at all do yourself a huge favor and run a mile!! I regret going to him.
