His staff was not knowable about insurance billing. He was very arrogant and was pushing for me to see other people in his office, "talk therapist." He changed my medications on the first and only visit. This office building was dirty and should not even be open to the public.

I liked Dr. Ravsden more in his first office. I get the feeling now that he is really in need of the money, so the level of care has really declined. He definatly is kind and caring, but the last couple visits have been rushed, and I feel that he does not have the level of care and committment that he used to. Hopefully that will change, because Pocatello needs good doctors.

Guy treats poor people like crap. I feel ashamed coming in because I will be looked down upon for not being up to his level.
