Run! While you still can!I went to Dr. Oh for knee surgery.I had a subchondroplasty. I am in more pain & mobility compromised than I was prior to surgery. I do ALL my exercises daily as I walked/ran 6-7 mi/day + 3 mi beachwalk in evenings. I completed rehab & do leg press & squats. He turns EVERY single complaint about my progress into a battle over exercising. He just can not or refuses to accept that he is wrong or something is wrong. He is the most arrogant man, no problem if he excelled in his practice, which he doesn't. He refuses to accept diagnose of situation from 3 other ortho doctors. He is also a snake oil salesman. I paid him 4K for Lipogems, followed all post op instructions to maximize the affects. It was a waste of money, time, painful &doesn't care about progression of of my disease. He said would hold off knee replace. 3 drs confirmed I need a replacement asap due to severe pain, swelling ,decrease mobility.Wrong placement of ca++phos. Need plastic surg to repair donor site of cells too.

I had carpal tunnel surgery and the results were excellent. No more numbness or falling asleep of my hands. My incision looks great, can hardly see it . Dr. O'Hearn and staff were very helpful. I would recommend this surgeon to all my friends and family.

Will not be returning to this Ortho surgeon. Bedside manner VERY lacking. Stitches needed to stay in longer as I am diabetic and he did not bother to take this into account. Stitches normally to be removed 8-10 days after procedure. Mine were removed in 7 days leaving me with a gaping wound that is still struggling to heal. Nurse who removed stitches was rough; yanked my hand while removing stitches and ended up opening the wound even more, blood pouring out. 3 weeks post op and I have pulled out 4 stitches on my own that the nurse missed. I found it alarming the number of times I have been asked about WHEN I will be rescheduling the other hand for surgery! How about never? I've had one follow up since the the stitches were removed (in and out in 3 minutes) and another one is scheduled in a month from now. Seriously considering not keeping that appointment. Phys Therapist has been 10x more helpful and informative than this doctor. I blame myself for not checking physician reviews first. Lesson learned!!

I went to Dr. O'Hearn with excruciating pain in the lower back. The staff was not helpful at all. After 11 days waiting for him to sign a paper authorizing my insurance to fill a Rx, I gave up and went to another provider. He made me feel like I was fine and he didn't see anything wrong with me.The staff was lazy and not helpful at all.

I am Very Pleased with Dr. Ohearn.. He was very infomative, kind, caring & professional. He actually read my MRI reports & Xrays as other doctors just seemed to throw aside for 3 years. I had left shoulder collar bone surgery by Dr Ohearn, repair of bicep & rotator cuff & a bone spur removed. My surgery went well with great care.. I saw him twice since the surgery 5 weeks ago & I am doing Great ! Dr. Ohearn is a very good doctor & I would refer everyone to him ! I had been to 3 local orthopedics previously, one gave me cortisone shots repeately for 3 years the other suggested another Month of therapy after Id done it for 3 yrs off & on & the 3rd did nothing to help me. I am so Thankful I was told about Dr Ohearn from Many people at my church who had Very Successful Surgeries & Respect & recommended him HIGHLY. As I do also. He is a quiet, easy going man but very Professional & Caring. Rose Dalton Forest Hill, Md

Did a acl reconstruction and it was outpatient. Have way home my leg started to swell, and we called the doctor and the people said not to come back in. By the time I reached the firehouse the one portal erupted li,e a volcano. I was transferred to another hospital and had emergency surgery.

I agree with other postings his manners are VERY RUDE - After my knee surgery he did not even talk me or my family member. Went for second opinion and looks like I did not even need the surgery. Cortisone shot would have helped and more explanation and acknowledgement of my issues would of been nice.
