Staff and nurses were disorganized and gave poor post op instructions leading to patient taking wrong meds. The follow up appointment did not receive the reminder call and then the staff acted rude again and treated me poorly when I went there. Overall it was a very poor experience and I would not return to this office. It is unorganized and unprofessional and the staff functions so poorly that questions not answered and instructions are not detailed or given in a manner that is understandable. This has caused us to be confused and to made poor decisions based on the lack of info given. We are college educated and have dealt w/ medical offices but this place....well it is a mess and I am sorry we put our wellbeing in their hands.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a physician's office. The doctor refused my appointment because they had not received some paper work from me that I had never received in the mail. I work in Atlanta and had to take an entire day off of work just to go to this appointment. Doctor Blankenship's staff was very rude to me, and cost me an entire day's pay. I believe that if a business accepts your appointment then they should respect your time and indeed plan on treating you. Dr. Blankenship had absolutely no respect for my time, and I would not recommend using him as a physician.
