I still love Dr. Ashraf and staff.... Best Doctor in town!!!!!

This Doctor is allowing her staff to ruin her reputation and her practice. Alice the woman in charge of gaining authorization for referrals does everything she can to delay approvals placing lives in danger. It is not unusual to wait 10 days or longer for something ordered "STAT" due to no follow up and a lack of concern for the persons well being.
You will wait at least an hour and most times longer just to see the Dr., these people will drive you nuts if not cause your death.

Dr. Ashraf is great! "Though" some of her "staff" are "horrible" at times. Some can be very rude, mean and want to rush you on everything.

Dr. Hadia Ashraf is one of the best Family Doctor in this area. Beside being a great Doctor She has a great personality and treats patients with respect.

I like Dr. Hadia Ashraf and am glad to have her as my primary care giver. As a retired/disabled veteran, I went to her for a complete and long overdue physical (she came highly recommended). At first I was hesitant, but I didn't like the treatment I received from my VA health care providers so I agreed to seeing her. At the onset, she carefully listened to me and made copious notes of my current and past health concerns. She ordered the necessary tests and exams and worked with me to craft a plan that would help me - make me - get myself back into shape. I like the fact that she is direct - to the point - and that she communicates in terms that make sense. This is a very good dr./patient relationship. I've not had any issue with her staff and don't anticipate any to occur. Dr. Ashraf's office is always busy which tells me that she is good at what she does and people are willing to wait to see her. I give her the highest recommendation possible.

Never get called back for my results. always put you on hold when you call, for at least 15 minutes or more. Takes forever to get scene at less over two hours. They only take cash No check no debit. Not happy with doctor at all!

I noticed that I was treated different by this office than my sister. She has a different insurance than I do. This office offered her vaccines but did not offer me vaccines during our visits. We visited on the same day. I wonder why?

THIS DOCTOR IS GREAT I HAD GONE TO ANOTHER DR CLOSE BY AND SHE DIDNT KNOW WHAT I HAD AND THIS DR IMMEDIATELY KNEW WHAT WAS THE DX AND GOT BETTER IMMEDIATELY SHE IS TRULY A GREAT DR SHE KNOW QUITE A LOT AND SHE ALWAYS WANTS TO MAKE SURE IF SHE CANT HELP SHE'LL FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN. ONLY SUCKY THING IS THAT THE WAITING TIME IS LONG BUT ITS PROBABLY FOR A REASON SO MANY KNOW SHE IS GREAT

Dr knowledgeable. Left waiting 3 hours. Staff discourteous to patients. Co-pays in cash only.

Doctor Ashraf is the best doctor I have seen in all the years I have been seeing doctors. I have four kids and although she is not a pediatrician she is wonderful with kids, she is the first doctor my children were not afraid to go to.
