Is a very gentle man who is very knowledgable. Diagnosed my Graves disease so early all endocrinologists I've been to (considerable number) have been very impressed. More than willing to work with you, listen, and spends the time with you that you need. He however doesn't call you back when you call him, or the pharmacy when they call.
