This place is a joke! Had to wait a month for an appointment. Then got email from the office directing me to a website to fill out some pre-historic medical forms. Went to website but it was a secured site requiring a pin # to login. So I called the office 3x to get the pin and all I got was hateful office personnel telling me the pin should have been emailed to me and to just watch for it to come if it hadn't yet. Well it hadn't come and it never did come. So day of appointment I arrived 25 minutes earlier than my appointment time (they had told me to be there 30 minutes early...ridiculous). Anyhow, I arrived 25 minutes early and was directed to sign in at the front desk which I did. I then had a seat in the waiting room where I sat for 15 minutes before being called up to the front desk again. This time to be asked if I had done the paperwork online and when I told them about the problems I had had with that I was told that I would probably have to reschedule my appointment since "I was late." then the front desk person said she would check with the doctor and left the room. When she returned, she told me the doctor would not see me because I was late and that she would need to reschedule me. Don't bother I told her. If my arriving 25 minutes early, sitting in the waiting room doing nothing for 15 minutes and then being told I was late and would need to reschedule, all before my actual appointment time, isn't sufficient, I think there is a problem with this doctor's office operation or his desire to see patients. Clearly I could have been given this ever so important documentation when I arrived 25 minutes before my appointment, or better yet, they could have just given me the pin to login to the electronic system prior to the visit, especially after one of my 3 calls to obtain the pin which should have been sent in the first place. Don't waste your time...doctors aren't the only ones who's time is valuable. Not counting the drive time to and from, or the repeated phone calls trying to get access to their previsit documents, the time I lost sitting in their waiting room only to be told I was late cost me approximately $150.00 (1/2 my hourly rate). I do NOT recommend this doctor or this office at all.
