My husband and I were almost at a divorce till he started seeing this doctor. He was and will always hand to deal with an additive personality but now he is aware and fights every day to control it with help of meds of course. Thank you. We are happy family of five now.

They are always so nice and welcoming when I go. They really take the time to listen to me and explain everything to me. I know the wait can be long but it’s because they don’t try to rush anyone out. I know I won’t leave with more questions and than I did going in.

Absolutely terrible!!! My husband has a history of addiction, and Dr. Bunt put him on adderall at 58 years old for adhd. He only saw my husband one time...the p.a. the rest of the times. I went into the office to tell them how the adderall had changed my husband for the worse...they would not discuss the issues with me. My husband tells them all is well to get more of his fix. We are headed into a divorce after nine years of marriage, due to the destruction that this doctor and this medication caused.

Dr. Bunt, and especially the Nurse Practicioner Gloria, are really great. They truly care about their work. As a result I'm finally getting positive results, for the first time in years.

I was weary going here based on the reviews, but maybe new patients don't seem to realize how the process works. The doctor is the last person you meet with and that can take awhile as he's the only doctor and they take their time to really understand their patients, so yes sometimes it can be a longer wait. luckily their waiting room is very comfortable. There's always current magazines, Keurig machine and even candy.

Suzanne and Dr. Mady are by far the best mental health professionals I have ever met with. They are caring and nice and truly interested in fully understanding and explaining any concerns I have. They have never left me waiting for more than a few minutes past my appointment time in the 2 years I have been seeing them. I don't have much input on Dr. Bunt because I have only met with him once for a few moments at the end of my first visit in 2013, but if his staff is any reflection of him, he must be a helpful, knowledgable provider and truly care about his patients' concerns and wellbeing.

Really great Doctor and PA, really takes the time to explain diagnosis and medications. Ive never had another dr spend so much of his time explaining things to me.

Absolutely terrible, unprofessional, and most of all Dr. Richard M. Bunt has his P.A.'s doing all of the work. I saw him ONCE in 6 months. Not to mention his assisants are the most unitelligent/disrepectful people i have ever met, not just in the industry but in the world. Im the actual patient and ive walked out crying because of his (electronic cigarette smoking) assistant. She is not qualified to be in a position to help people with depression, addiction, and various other types of illnesses when she makes them more upset or focused on what they are not suppose to be doing.... It was truly an unforgetable expirence and here i am sitting a month after i saw them last still thinking about it. That should tell you something about this disgraceful place... Find someone who truly suits you and is immensely focused only on what the best outcome for the patient is. Ive delt with problems much longer than i should have because of this Richard M. Bunt who sits in his office all day and does not do a single thing. Oh p.s. there were accessible prescription medication in one the assistants rooms that anybody could have accessed if they please or could not resist (addicts go there well). I rate richard blunt who does not deserve the title he worked hard for in front of his name, a solid 0/10. If i could go lower i would. This truley is a honest review of the Atlantic Psychiatric Center.
Im doing better now that ive gone to see Milan Mukerji, M.D. He does not have assistants that help him out and he truly cares deeply about his patients. He does the correct thing for people in need of help, may it be a little or a lot. Also I've been at Dr. Milan Mukerji's for a month and both of my doctors are seeing major progress. I felt terrible that we payed for 6 months of help at richard blunts center and saw no progress at all.... take my advice Mukerji cares deeply about every individual patient, Beyond familiar with his profession, and has a great sense of humor to top it off, plus he is never late for an appointment. I haven't found that anywhere. !! 6 months at Bitchard Blunts and i ended up walking out crying because of the way she told me to get over my problems. Litteraly "get over it" were her words. 1 month at DR. MUKERJI'S and hes made me laugh' hes givin medication that actually WORKS and its not sitting in his damn office like bunts. Hope this helps. There are other peole out there, make sure you feel 100% comfortable with who you want to help you and it will expedite your recovery:)

I was warned that Dr. Bunt would try to diagnose me as ADHD instead of bipolar which I have been diagnosed as having by several other doctors. And that's exactly what happened. He and his staff ask only questions that will lead to an ADHD diagnosis. I put my foot down and threatened to walk out and suddenly they agreed that I'm bipolar. Definitely looking for a different psychiatrist.
