Dr. Kao was extremely professional and his staff was responsive and I could not be more pleased with my breast reduction. He came highly recommended. I wish I did the surgery years ago. I'm beyond happy with my results!

Dr. Kao came highly recommended by everyone I spoke with when I decided to have my Breast Reduction/Lift surgery.

Everyone, from his organized office staff to his amazing medical team at MSH were so professional, caring and informative! It helps with the healing process when you know that both he and his medical team arethere to assist in any way.

Dr. Kao's knowledge, experience and approachable character is to be highly regarded and acknowledged. He takes the time to really listen to any questions or concerns that you have both before and after surgery.

I would 100% recommend Dr. Kao if you are interested in a positive and successful Breast Reduction/Lift Surgery experience.

Dr. Kao did my breast reduction surgery years ago. And let me just warn anyone who wants it done by him - please DO NOT let him do it. I wasn’t self conscious about my breast, but the way this “surgeon” hacked up my stitches, is unbelievable. It’s like he asked an unprofessional to stitch me back up and they were blindfolded. Now, I genuinely feel self conscious about it bc of what a horrible job this man did. Not only that, he is rude and stand offish, doesn’t really listen.
I was in my early twenties and wasn’t confident enough to actually speak more of my mind at that time so it’s unfortunate bc I would have definitely given him a piece of my mind.
Not sure how he has good reviews, but don’t waste your time and money.

My first point of contact was Liz (office manager) and she was absolutely wonderful to communicate with. Once I met Dr. Kao I felt completely comfortable and I knew I would be in great hands. Dr. Kao is very meticulous and is truly passionate about his expertise. Immediately I trusted his vision and abilities 100%.and my decision was easily made . Dr. Kao and the entire team of nurses/anaesthetist are beyond excellent! and took great care of me. I highly recommended Dr. Kao for any of your surgical needs.

Dr Kao fixed my daughter's broken nose from a bad fall she had. Not only does it look perfect now, his bedside manner and professionalism mixed with kindness were very much appreciated. I would absolutely see him again if we needed to and recommend him highly.
