Wonderfully polite staff. However, Theta Pattison is a terrible dermatologist. She is rude, had misdiagnosed my skin cancer as just a pimple. She rushes you out and acts as though she just wants to get home. And, she's always atleast 30 minutes late. I will never be back.

Dr Pattison saw me after short wait in her office & offered understandable explaination for my concerns. Since appt was made specifically w/Dr Pattison, she is the only medical professional who I have seen. Staff all quick, friendly & accomodating. Have recommended her to friends.

This is a very uncaring and unhelpful practice. I would stratch them off any recommended list.

I wish I could comment on the quality of Dr. Pattison, which I'm sure is great, but I never had the pleasure of finding out. After having to wait four months to get an appointment, which is ridiculous for a matter that needs attention now, I finally got in on my scheduled date and arrived early to complete the intake forms. After an otherwise routine process, I proceeded to wait nearly thirty minutes in a small room wondering if I would ever be seen. In the end, I ran out of time...time spent waiting and staring at the walls while hoping to address a real medical need. Needless to say, I won't be coming back and I bet they will still try to syphin money out of me for the privilege of waiting in one of their fine rooms like one would in a psych ward.

An unsmiling Mary Spratt on 6/09/09 did not pay attention to my wants or needs. I let her know I am on a limited budget and require generic prescriptions. She gave me samples of Oracea, and skin washes and moisturizers. The prescriptions she gave me cost me $57.00. One was for Folate acid 5 pills, 2x a day, my Folate acid levels are above high without vitamins. I could have purchased this for $4.00 anyplace! The Oracea Luckily I did not fill due to looking at the Sample; I am allergic to it!! She apparently did not read my Allergies List. I went back with a letter in hand concerning my experience & the office mgr told me "people that these things happen too never return or say anything"! Well I do now, & I hope others will too. I saw Theta Patterson that day and she knowingly put me on long term Erythromycin pills that I could also develop an allergic reaction too and then I would be allergic to 3 strains of Antibiotics. I tried to pay my bill but Theta did not have proper change.
