Love Dr. Elkins. I always feel I am in the best hands with him. I have sent friends to him. Very positive experience. Lovely, smart, terrific doctor. Nothing but positives!

I have been seeing Dr. Elkins for about 3 years for my annual eye exams. I finally made the decision to have the LASIK done. It was a wonderful experience. From the beginning to the end was great. He explained what to expect and every step of the procedure as it was happening. I was up and reading the clock across the room in twenty minutes. I am very happy with my decision to have the LASIK and having Dr. Elkins perform it.

I had my cataracts surgery with Dr. Elkins earlier this year and everything was so easy. I was very nervous at first because it was my first time, but Dr. Elkins and his staff made me feel very comfortable. The office staff are excellent, extremely courteous and very knowledgable. My procedure went flawlessly, and I'm very happy with my results.

Dr. Elkins is an outstanding doctor! He's done my cataract surgery and been the only doctor I go to see for my eye check ups. He's willing to answer all the questions I have and I really like that about him. I would recommend Dr. Elkins and have recommended him to all of my friends and family.

I had cataracts surgery with Dr. Elkins and I was pleased with the whole process. At first I was very afraid, but Dr. Elkins was very assuring about the procedure. I believed in what he was doing. Overall I have nothing but great things to say about him.

The people at his office are great, and Dr. Elkins always makes me feel comfortable. My LASIK surgery for my cataracts went like a breeze. I tell my friends it's harder to put mascara on than to have that surgery! All the best!

Dr. Elkins is a real professional and great doctor. His explanations are always very thorough and he is extremely patient...a rarity these days.

I went for LASIK and he talked me into monovision. He said: If you don't like how it comes out, we can always "tweak" it later. I hated it. Blurry for distance and blurry for close up means mental fatigue and headaches. Yet, each appt, he would talk me out of the "tweak" to correct it, saying "let's see how it goes". The problem isn't monovision though. Right eye sees better for distance AND better up close. The problem is that he did an awful job on the left eye and he won't admit it. Arrogance is the right word. 2nd issue: $4500 for LASIK and all follow-up appts. Yet, they started charging me for visits. Chloe tried to say they weren't with TLC anymore, so they can charge what they want and they aren't responsible for what TLC promised. Yet, it was Neil (who used to work for them) that gave the pricing, not TLC. Integrity isn't a strong suit in this office.
