Called to schedule an appointment for my mom. The reception lady asked me what was our insurance. After telling her what our insurance was (a big and well-known insurance company), the lady asked me the weirdest question... "Where does your mom work? Tell me". She then asked me how big is the company my mom works at and the name of the company. FOR WHAT? She never asked for ID# or a group number on the card. She then said she will not schedule my mom and hung up. I called back, she hung up again. I guess my mom won't be able to see this doctor.

I have been Dr. Tripathy's patient for more than 7 years. I first met him when he was still a family doctor with kelsey seybold. He is very nice approachable and listens to my concerns. His staff is really nice and no waiting...I get called within 5 min after I check in.

This is the best doctor in the area. I have been going to him for 5 years. He is always patient and knowledgeable. I never wait more than 5 minutes. The facility is super clean, staff is so friendly. They always ask me how my family is. He is a great doctor. They will call your RX's in for you. Just a great, great doctor. Highly recommend him!!!

I searched for a family doctor around League City for two years before finding Dr. Tripathy. I can't say enough good things about his practice. I have never waited in the waiting room longer than five minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Once you are brought into the examination room, the nurse visits you within 5 minutes. Once she is done, Dr. Tripathy comes in almost immediately. He is patient and answers all of your questions in great detail. He explains what tests he would like to run, explains why they are necessary, and asks your permission to do so. This is the very best doctor I have ever been to and I highly recommend him!
