Dr.Mendel is a wonderful, caring family physician. He has been my family's doctor for 17 years. We now live 45 minutes away but will not go to another doctor. If you have to wait it is because he does not rush with his patients.

Dr. Mendel is the best. He is kind, caring, and knowledgeable. We would go to no one else. That said, his staff needs to learn by his example. They are abupt at best. They are intimidating over the phone. Do be prepared for a long wait in the waiting room.

Dr. Mendel is very nice but with every visit there is an hour to two-hour wait. His receptionist is very rude. If you don't value your time and wish to be greeted by someone who is unprofessional, maybe this doctor is the doctor for you.
