The PA is helpful and concerned about my persistent cough. The front end staff is absolutely the worst I’ve ever encountered at a doctors office. I stood at the window for almost 10 minutes being totally ignored before the receptionist nonchalantly open the window and said ‘ may I help you’. Some kind of acknowledgment while I wait. It would’ve been appreciated. My prescription has been ordered incorrectly and I have phone five times to have it corrected. Every time I am sure it will be taken care of, and then, once again, the wrong medication is ordered. I have been without medication for my nebulizer machine for two weeks, but nobody seems to care. Compassion, common sense and concern for the patient’s well-being is sadly lacking.

Ageism, no evidence of anything but palliative care. One star too much.

This guy is a quack. He will overbill you for every procedure and bill your insurance company for procedures that he did not do, then charge you $180 just to come in and get your results.
He will ignore your symptoms and try to get you into a sleep study.

Dr Lalla has been my Dr for years. While he is very knowledgeable in his field and I trust him as my dr, the office staff has has still left much to be desired. He has such a high turn over rate and his front desk girl Rebecca often was found with her feet up and eating when I would come to my appointments. There were a couple times that I even heard Dr. Lalla yelling and demeaning his nurses. They had some good people in there for awhile but it appears that they ran them out too because again there are new faces.

Being a retired physician myself I find myself being extremely critical.Dr. Lalla has been my primary care provider for going on 10 years. his knowledge of medicine and medical acumen is outstanding. As I have said a myriad of times to both my peers and patients, there are only a handful all of physians in this county that I would let touch me or my family and Drs. Lalla 's quantify as two of them. He has a very gentle touch and is a compassionate man to boot! I recommend his services without reservation. He does however usually run a bit behind schedule perpetually, but as with everything in life, sometimes you must wait for a good thing.

Dr. Lalla is a beacon of light in an inefficient healthcare system. He was solely responsible for expediting the scheduling of a specialized biopsy that was needed in order to start treatment for mother's newly-diagnosed lung cancer. Dr. Lalla performed the biopsy procedure (bronchoscopy) and was successful in getting a proper sample in a very difficult procedure. Given the urgency of our situation, Dr. Lalla was always able to squeeze us in his busy schedule in order to keep things moving for us. He was also caring and compassionate and allowed us plenty of time to ask even the most basic and mundane questions. Finally, we give Rebecca in his nursing staff 5-stars as well; she was equally fast, competent, responsive, and caring. (The staff in a doctors office is extremely important --- we have had experiences in the past with other doctors who themselves were great, yet their effectiveness and the resulting patient care had been significantly diminished by staff missteps.)

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this office. to start they always over book. You wait sometimes an hour or longer past your appointment time, but it is the money they cost me by not keeping accurate records. in March dr lalla determined I needed to be on oxygen full time but it was april before they ordered the concentrator, and it took them 6 weeks to order the right oxygen for me to take to work, since I could not work with out the oxygen I lost 2 months pay, and the short term disability was denied. Now I am still having issues with them, all they had to do was fax the pulinary clearance he gave me in march to the surgons office... after weekly calls to get them to do that here it is august and I still had to go pick it up and take it to the surgons office.. everytime i tried in the past they told me they would fax it and never did...because of the delay I have been very ill and may loose my eyesight... I should have had the surgery months ago
