Beware of this place on Franklin in Palm Bay. Called and scheduled appt. one month prior and staff swore they took my insurance and was in-network. The day before the appt. they called me to confirm appt. and stated it would be $250 for my deductible. I told them they stated when I booked appt. it was in-network and therefore I should only pay my co-pay, they denied saying that and said it would be $250. My deductible for out of network doctors is only $200. Needless to say I cancelled the appt. They have no clue what they are doing there and are trying to scam you out of your money. Go elsewhere.

Dr. Cohen literally goes through the motions, gives you as little time as possible, and it is clear he is only concerned about the money
