Honestly an amazing doctor, I've known him from age 9 and I'm 54 years and a male speaking on behalf of my late parents and my sister. He's knowledgeable , and take time to hear and treat all one's concerns. I've read some comments that it takes time to see him but he is thorough and there were times with my elder parents and their multiple ailments that we ran the clock up also. He started out with Dr Koo and Dr Eurlich close to Parkway plaza and he had an amazing nurse-secretary Colleen who was just as knowledgeable ...any concerns she would phone immediately

Hope he practices forever but when he does retire I / WE will miss him

I have been his patient since 1967. He was my doctor when I was a child and has taken care of my 2 children. He is an amazing doctor and extremely knowledgable. They don't have many doctors like him. He takes the time to listen to you and is thorough in his investigation of any issues. He considers the whole person, your emotional and physical issues. His appointments do run late but that is because he is thorough and takes time with each patient. If you want quick and dirty he is not for you. I just make sure I have a few hours available when I book to see him. I am worried about finding another doctor of his caliber when he retires. He has truly set the bar very high.

Dr Jay has been my doctor for over 30 years. Dr. Jay is professional and he takes the time to listen and recommend the best advice to solve medical problems. In the past, I had a bad migraine and showed up at his office. without an appointment and he was kind enough to provide a solution immediately and medication. It is unfortunate that the support staff at MCI are so unprofessional and have a bad attitude if you ask a simple request, such as will you weigh me. Comments about Dr. Jay "falling asleep" are NOT TRUE!

I've been seeing Dr. Jay ever since he had his office in Parkway Mall. 47 years later I'm still his patient. Although he is a good doctor it is definitely time to retire. The falling asleep concerns me as you don't really know what is going on and haven't be given a reason or explanation. Yes he is caring, thoughtful and listens but unfortunately some patients take up too much of his time "chatting" and talking about issues not relevant to their health. I've heard this sitting in the room next door waiting to the point I wanted to knock on the door and say "that's enough". He needs to address his patients health issues and move on, waiting 3 hours to see him is ridiculous.
