All of the reviews are true. Not only is the wait here ridiculously long (once I waited for over 2 hours!), but you are totally rushed through the exam. When I asked her questions about my condition, Dr. Delrosario gave me the wrong information (my new doctor was able to answer my questions with the correct information). She also gets impatient and practically runs out of the room, like you're wasting her time. One day I was dealing with a very painful cyst and was crying and she just took off her gloves, and said get dressed and walked out of the room. On this same day, the staff lost my file. I told her that I had a painful cyst and she looked at me like I was making it up. I had been going there for 5 years and she forgot that I had this condition, even after she diagnosed it! Absolutely NO bedside manner. I immediately looked for a new doctor. No one should be treated this way, especially for what is an unpleasant checkup to get in the first place.

Dr. Del Rosario is the ABSOLUTE WORST doctor there is. The office is completely UNPROFESSIONAL. As I waited in the exam room, I heard Dr. Irani (the other OB/GYN) YELL at 2 people on the phone- first a patient telling her she was the worst patioent ever and then another doctor on the phone. The nurse with me told me that it was a normal thing in the office. When Dr. Del Rosario came in (after 15 mins of waiting), she began to ask me questions on the chart but completely IGNORED me when I was explaining my history to her and continued to go down the chart of questions as if I wasn't talking. Then when I wanted some more information about a procedure, (while she was examining me), she stopped midway, and gave me complete ATTITUDE as if my questions were irritating her when all I wanted was some more details! She was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Don't EVER EVER EVER go to her!!

Extreamly unprofessional office... very rude staff. Also Dr. is quick to diagnos prior to running any tests. she is very curt and definately not very compassionate. She also seems bothered if you ask her any questions.

I agree with everyone who has previously posted about this doctor. Dr. Delrosario is THE WORST DOCTOR I have ever been to. The office environment is very unprofessional. I don't remember ever going there and seeing the same staff. They hire young, unprofessional girls who have no idea what they're doing. Not very comforting to see different faces every time you're there. Also, when you schedule an appointment be prepared to wait a VERY long time before you're actually seen. If you have any questions and call the office they will put you on hold for 20 min., tell you they lost your file or tell you they will call you back but never do so. If you have lab work done you can forget about ever finding out the results, you will be billed and have no idea what is wrong with you. The Dr. is VERY unsympathetic and uncompassionate. God forbid something is wrong with your health; you will walk out of that office feeling helpless. She upset me greatly and nobody else should feel the way I did.

I am (was) a patient of Dr. D at this very unprofessional practice. I am dealing with infertility issues, or rather, Dr. D was VERY quick to diagnose me with infertility issues w/o even doing any testing. She immediately put me on fertility meds and sent me on my way. I've had numerous questions about the meds and at one point called for two weeks straight until I was able to get an answer about something she prescribed. The excuse I was given was that the couldn't find my file (for two weeks????). I have since found a new Dr. and am having an extreamly difficult time getting my file over to the new office. I have called only to be put on hold EVERY SINGLE TIME for at least 30 minutes before someone picks up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE OF DOCTORS.

From the same office as Dr.Irani,Dr.Chair in Rutherford. She's the crankiest one,the most unprofessional one,and I have doubts abt her knowledge.I was once transferred to her bcs Dr.Irani/Chait wasn't available. She was running late, arrived cranky and decided to not listen to me.While I was proped in the exam room,on the exam table without any underwear on,and my legs spread apart to allow examination, her receptionist was in and out more than 3 times w/o knocking. At another appointment, after telling her and the nurse that I was having my period, they insisted on me giving them urine sample.Dr.D took one look at the urine sample and asked if I have kidney failure.Have I had one,I wouldn't be able to drive myself and stand in front of her.She insisted that I had kidney failure and not ovulating w/o diagnosing further.Hormone test was not read in conjunction of the time when the test was taken, which resulted in my misdiagnose.I dbl chk her and Irani's work. They shld be reported.
