I've been going to this office for many years and never felt rushed. When I disagree with the doctor I speak up and he takes the time to discuss why he feels it's important for me, etc. Most of his office staff are extremely nice so I will continue seeing him.

Doctor refused to provide medication for altitude sickness before I traveled to mountains of Peru. Wouldn't even look into it! I ended up at 14,000 feet, sick as a dog and could have died. Thanks a lot! Office staff are impersonal, bossy, and sometimes downright rude. If you must go to this practice, ask to see Jill. She's compassionate and knowledgeable -- the only one there who is.

I would not recommend Tanya Poisker. She has very minimal communication skills, other than a brief, almost incoherent, "hello" when she walks in the examining room. She has very little to offer in the way of dialogue. She usually looks down and says "Hmmm..." for most of the visit. The office manager at this site is terrible. Her famous line for any comment or complaint is "That's our policy" and leaves it at that.

This is rather misleading. Their adm.staff has one person in particular acts who as if she is a doctor or PA. Tries to diagnose you, asks inappropriate questions, bullies you into having tests you don't need. And, all this before you ever see the Doc or the PA. Forgot I had surgery recently, but knows my case well enough to question why I don't want a certain procedure. People like this staff person are costing people and insurance time and money they don't have. I don't have it that's for sure. No matter how good your Doctor and your PA is, if your staff is doing this, it's not going to matter. Just take a message, please. I'll talk to the doctor or the PA. Please don't question why I don't want a procedure that has been suggested by another doc, especially when I've just told you that the treatment I am in now is working. And, if you knew anything about my case, you'd know why. My own surgeon said that was too agressive right now. How do I avoid talking to this person?

I would never recommend this doctor even ...not unles u wanna die....this doctor doesnt know what he is doing...neither do any of his staff of pa's ...they will kill u ...so many mis diagnoses...should be in the ground right now...this place should be shut down..

Very friendly and helpful staff. Never a problem getting an appointment for an unexpected illness. Dr Patrowicz and the nurse practitioner, Tanya Poisker, aren't constantly trying to give you prescriptions like other doctors I've been to. They are very open and honest. By far the best doctors office I've ever been to.

Doctor and staff go above and beyond with helping me and my family. This office runs very well, and we never feel rushed. Excellent bedside manner and great clinical skills by doctor and his nurse practitioner (Tanya Poisker-she is excellent also!). Ususally able to get appts same day for illnesses. We would highly recommend this office.
