My daughter had an appointment that fell during a holiday (I believe it was the Martin Luther King holiday), so I drove the thirty minute drive from our house and found that their office was closed, I sat there for about ten minutes and finally a woman came out around the side of the bldg and told me that they were, in fact closed, and that they had tried to contact all their patients and let them know that the office would be closed, I told her that they had not called me nor had they left a message on my voice mail. I was ticked off and decided that if they couldn't call and let me know that our appointment would have to be changed to another day, then they didn't really need my business. I would NOT recommend this dentist.

Dr. Allen and his team all do outstanding, punctual dental work. I had my teeth cleaned at 0700 this morning. They continually improve their capability with the latest technology.

I found the staff to be courteous and professional and friendly. I liked Dr Allen, he has a sense of humor and puts you at ease.

did work and put a new crown on a tooth and the side of my face was sore and actually swollen for at least two weeks. always recommends that we re-do old crowns for myself and my husband when other dentists have not or do not say anything about them which causes us to doubt if the work is really needed.

has no emergency/after hours assistance available; does not return calls left for him - has sec/assistant c/b; very plush/modern office - don't be fooled by the fixtures - go elseware; ask past patients (or current if they are still there) about his office "rules"; was treated by two employees (one a dentist who was licensed in another country - per her words) who spoke English as a second language and hard to communicate with and understand what they were saying; dental hygenist was excellent in every way - too bad she works in this environment; do yourself a favor - find another dentist - anywhere.
