My biggest issues is phone like 98 percent always busy. Can hardly get a hold of him. So cannot make appointments. If you need more then one prescription he does it over several appointments. REAL REASON WHY. HE MAKES MORE MONEY THAT WAY!!! ONLY REASON!!! RIPPING THE SYSTEM OFF.

Not a doctor. Cares more about his business deals than his patients. Never shows up on time (or at all). I don’t understand how he still has a license to practice. Absolute joke.

Terrible doctor. Incredibly rude. Fights with his patients to the point of making the patient cry! Does not want his care to be questioned in any way. He will get on the phone in between patients for what could be an hour at a time before calling another patient in to be seen. He can only address one issue per appointment. He makes you rebook multiple appointments to address multiple issues or prescriptions. Also does not want to speak to a patient for any longer than a 5 minute span, even when the issue has not been completely explained or taken care of. Incorrectly filled out forms/back dated forms. The only good thing I can say about this place is that his poor secretary is the only reason anyone keeps coming back. She’s the sweetest most accommodating lady I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. It’s very unfortunate her boss has got to be the worst human I have ever met in my life. If I could rate 0 for helpfulness, 0 for knowledge and 0 for punctuality, I would.

Definitely would NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR to anyone!!!

This doctor has been booking patients in appointments and not showing up. Ie: appointment for 9 to 10am. Dr.Ramjattan do not show up for his scheduled appointments until a hour or two later. It shows total disrespect for his patients waiting and for wasting their time.
I was waiting to see him in his waiting room at the end of the day, with a schedule appointment. I did not see him because he had left through the back doorway.
I checked with the receptionist and she didn’t know he had left.
This doctor needs to be held accountable for his disregard for his patients time and lack of respect.

Very intelligent doctor who diagnosed and successfully treated a condition I have suffered from for decades.After many years of visits to various specialists without any appreciable relief I finally have a treatment which makes life livable.And yes there is no question that he is consistently late and that sometimes he does not show up at all but that being said I have no plans to change doctors either.

I had this doctor for many years. Luckily I was healthy growing up and didn’t need to visit much. When I came back to the province, I had a baby and was hoping he would see my baby as well. He agreed, but told me that he wouldn’t accept my partner - fine. After I had my baby girl I made an appointment for her one week check up, took her out in the winter cold and when I went upstairs the office was closed. Called the next day to reschedule for the next following days - made an appointment, went in, the office was closed again.... with my newborn baby. In December.... made another appointment and yet again it happened. Expressed to one of my siblings who has a friend that’s close with him and he was apparently too hungover to go to work each of those times so he had cancelled all his appointments. I did have a phone, they had my number but there was no communication to make another appointment. This doctor needs to get off his high horse and pick what kind of career he wants to have. Bar & drunk or To just help people. I left and have never gone back. Fortunately I found an amazing family doctor.

My father still sees him. This week he has had extreme health problems where he needs referrals. Had an appointment, showed up, and my 72 year old father in constant pain had to wait 5 hours because Ramjattan had to “run out”. I keep telling my father to change doctors but I don’t think he knows that he actually had other and much more qualified options.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

After years of being barely able to work and watching my life pass me by, just 3 weeks after my first visit my life is completely changed for the better.. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to this doctor. If you ever read this, thank you so much for listening to my story and coming up with a solution! I would recommend him to anyone, but be aware that you would need to take a few hours off work because you will be waiting a long while.. But it's worth the wait :)

Excellent doctor, but terrible punctuality. If you want to see him you need to set aside a full day (even for a morning appointment)

Had this doctor since he started. Over many year my family slowly left his clinic. I was the last. He never shows up. Appt dont matter and basically does not care for his patients
