I am so happy, I am in the office today for pre-op my coordinator is Bri she has helped me through all the struggles that I have encountered especially with my doctor they did not want to clear me for surgery but Bri said that was not going to be a obstacle for me and got me to be seen and cleared with my cardiology clearance that I have completed and been cleared for. I was truly ready to quit and she pushed me not to not give up. Coming to Western Bariatric was the best decision I could have made for myself and my health. Doctors are the best and the staff is just as great.

Staff has been cordial. However, trying to make contact with a coordinator is a bit of a hassle. If you are in need to speak to your coordinator directly and immediately, it is not possible. I always had to leave a message and wait for a call back. Making immediate contact from coordinator to provider for information is also a hit and miss, as they are never available to answer the phone in real time. Small issues that can be taken care of in a 5 min conversation turns into a confusing two week email or fax missed responses back and forth.

I liked their service but I felt a little rushed at times when doing my check ups I felt as if they were just trying to kick me out of the office lol, but other then that they are very nice.

Today was my first consult and overall I felt good I was very nervous but the staff made me feel very comfortable and did not push the surgeries on me which helped ease my nerves a lot. Cannot wait to start my journey.
