:) Click to report rating *  10/29/09 5 5 5 Out of all the doctors that I’ve seen, he by far is the most talented. At the end of the day I personally feel that what he does with his life is his business and all of you that insist on writing negative blogs have way too much time on your hands. He’s great at what he does and to this day I haven’t found a doctor that is as much of a perfectionist as he is.

:( Click to report rating *  7/6/09 1 1 1 Dr. Lubitz has not been in practice for a reason. The issues at hand were made public for the safety of the community. He has sexual boundary issues, and failure to comply with rules and regulations. He treated his staff horribly, left patients to find other care and lied about having stomach cancer. Not qualities one should look for in a person let alone a Doctor!!! Patients BEWARE!!!

:) Click to report rating *  7/6/09 1 4 5 I found Dr. Lubitz to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. He actually talked me out of a very expensive procedure and then proceeded to fill a chicken pock mark for free. He is passionate about his work and has made a difference in many lives... Wish more of those people would write a review on this site. His staff however was terrible. The lady who gave me my initial consultation was condescending, rude and recommended a few treatments that were unnecessary (commission?). The allegations against him are very sad. I have seen firsthand what these accusations can do to a person both personally and professionally and am saddened to see that he was the target of some sick soul. Last I heard sex consensual wasn't a crime... In closing, I can't wait to find out where he lands and make an appointment. I will also be recommending him to my friends and family. The best dermatologist I have ever been to and I have been to several over the years!

:) Click to report rating *  6/18/09 4 4 5 I thought he was great! I had eczema so bad it was all over my body and bleeding!! For 3 years I had been sent to about 5 other doctors and was prescibed many different creams that never worked. The fist time I went to Dr lubitz he told me he would have it fixed in one week. After battling it so long I didnt really belive it could be true but in only 3 days it had cleared up and after 1 week you could not even tell I had any issues with my skin. Dr lubitz and his staff was very friendly to me infact i missed my 1st original appointment and the re scheduled it for me the very next day and they were not in it for the money because I paid nothing! I was very disapponted to hear he was not practicing any more!!

:) Click to report rating *  6/4/09 5 4 5 Are you kidding me? I do not think the intention of this site is for gossip. Where is the integrity? My 17 year old daughter and I had been regular patients of Dr. Lubitz over the years. I consider myself to be a refined woman with a beautiful daughter and Dr. Lubitz NEVER displayed any questionable behavior in our presence. Unfortunately, the human race does not treat each other with kindness and money and lawsuits tend to be a large focus in our society. Dr. Luditz is an attractive affluent man which in the mind of an unhealthy woman could be construed as “easy” cash. There is a name for women like this. As a professional man this behavior is not acceptable it sounds like he is getting the help that he needs. He has more than paid his price…leave him alone. I wish you well Dr. Lubitz. WW

:) Click to report rating *  5/4/09 5 5 5 Dr. Lubitz is a wonderful doctor. It's too bad that some 'ladies' (and I use the term very loosely) felt it necessary to go and tattletale on something that was, as far as I can see, consentual. Women can be nasty. Dr. Lubitz is a great doctor and hopefully he'll rise again when all this nastiness is forgotten.

:) Click to report rating *  5/2/09 3 3 5 Dr. Lubitz is a good Doctor, and seems to know his specialty very well. Hopefully he can get back on his feet and make better choices now. We all have issues, pointing fingers is childish. Because the finger could easily be pointed back. Everyone has made mistakes. Some mistakes are more obvious than others. It is unfortunate that this profession has to make mistakes public. Regardless of the Colleges decision my hope is that he can become stronger through this situation.

:) Click to report rating *  4/30/09 4 4 4 Too bad about the conviction(??) - seems to me they were all consenting adults - problem is, if you play with a player you may get played - doesn't warrant ruining a persons career - He was still the best botox/filler/skin guy in town and I and many others would still go to him regardless (we can keep our panties on.....) Oh well......Always takes a few to ruin it for the majority......

:| Click to report rating *  4/29/09 3 3 3 For those looking for an update on Dr. Lubitz. The following article is from the Edmonton Journal dated April 29, 2009 found at http://www.edmontonjournal.com/Health/Edmonton+doctor+sanctioned+having+with+patients/1545885/story.html. An Edmonton doctor demonstrated unbecoming conduct by having sexual relations with four of his patients, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta has ruled. Dr. Paul Lubitz, a dermatologist, had sex with four different patients between June 2006, and January 2008, according to information heard at a college disciplinary hearing on March 12. The matter came to light earlier the same month, by which time Lubitz had already voluntarily withdrawn from his practice. Lubitz has since participated in an assessment and treatment program and must abide by a number of other conditions set out by the college before he is eligible to continue his practice.

:) Click to report rating *  9/11/08 4 3 4 I was just wondering if anyone has heard how Dr. Lubitz is doing. He was an exceptional physician to me, I miss his expertise and kindness and hope he is improving and getting well.

:( Click to report rating *  5/23/08 5 4 2 I have read the comments posted thus far and I am so sorry to learn how poorly Dr. Lubitz staff were treated. If there is anything positive that could be said about Dermatica it would be the exceptionally personable, knowledgeable and caring staff at that clinic. The staff had displayed such dedication and loyalty toward Dr. Lubitz...even throughout the closing of the clinic. I recalled the one receptionist acting in the most calm and professional manner toward a patient who had driven all the way from Calgary for her appointment to discover that the clinic had closed. Regarding Dr. Lubitz, I am sorry to hear about his medical crisis. Prior to the clinic closing I did notice that he had taken on certain mannerisms when he spoke and that his voice had changed. I also couldn't help but notice the twisted music videos of George Michael on the TV. So having said that I hope Dr. Lubitz is not suffering from a condition that is autoimmune-related.

:( Click to report rating    4/29/08 1 1 1 I don't know Dr. Lubitz personally but what I have heard from one of his former employees is the reasons why he closed his office is anywhere from being diagnosed with cancer to being in trouble with the College to having "relations" with certain staff members and/or patients to fleeing the country. He belittles his staff by calling them stupid and useless and laughing in patients' faces because of their concern of a lesion on their face. Closing your office abruptly and leaving your staff and patients high and dry because of being ill doesn't seem to hold water.

:) Click to report rating    4/24/08 4 4 4 Recently, I had seen Dr. Groot, he had spent In total no more than three minutes with me and that had included my asking a few questions and then getting Botox injections ... too darn fast! I was more impressed with Dr. Lubitz as he was very calculated with the injections and many times had me smile so as to precisely target the sites ... YES, I know Dr. Groot is very experienced, though for my $525 bucks, I had not gotten the time and attention, just an all too quick prick, prick, prick and I was done! If again Dr. Lubitz would open his office, I’d go back to him. Anyone yet know the true reason for the closure?

:( Click to report rating    4/15/08 2 1 1 Appears to have a certain amount of knowledge available to him. Arrogant, rude and suffering from poor hygiene. I noticed that his clinic has closed and hope that whatever has troubled his performance will be addressed.

:| Click to report rating *  4/9/08 3 3 3 ok, I have been both turned on, and turned off by Dr. Lubitz's bedside manner. There were times when i was comforted, felt at ease, and like i was cared for. On other occasions, i felt like this doctor couldn't give a rats ass about me and felt like i was left out hanging - he got money - quite a bit of money...I got results that i wanted (sort of)....Still left with scars from lipo though. didn't get a call, had an appointment today and found out that for some reason - "medical" - that he won't be seeing new or EXSISTING patients?!...SLIGHTLY unprofessional, not mention inconsiderate and disrespectful to his clients. Who knows what the hell happened...all i know is that i now have to spend MORE money in order to finish what this Dr. wouldn't - or couldn't. AS far as him being ill, for humans sake, i hope its not true. But to be honest - to shut your doors and dump your staff and patients and disappear into thin air, tells me that there is something to hide: dishonesty maybe?

:) Click to report rating    4/5/08 4 3 4 Dr. Lubitz had spent plenty of time explaining our planned procedures and patiently answered all our questions. Though, those procedures had not come to pass, I had received both Botox and filler injections in which I was happy with the results and treatment by the doctor and staff. My experience was not a bad one and I had looked forward to going ahead with things, but when this had gotten cancelled, originally I was not reimbursed the entire and large down payment, though Visa said they’d handle it, so will have to check my next statement. Dr. Lubitz was an attractive and apparently healthy looking man, though on my last visit had appeared to be rather drawn. If he is indeed ill, I do hope the best for him and would appreciate if anyone could update his condition. I am otherwise sorry to hear of any mistreatment experienced by any of the staff or other patients, as there's no reason to treat others in such a manner.

:( Click to report rating    4/1/08 2 2 2 As a former staff member of Dr. Lubitz's I would like to express my apologies to our clients who were/are now struggling to find new care providers. With out Dr. Lubitz working the insurance would not allow us to stay open while he receives treatment. As far as the last poster's hope for integrity..... I would add that Dr. Lubitz and his legal team have to this point refused to pay out any of the severance and vacation pay that is owed to his staff. Additionally, Dr Lubitz stated to a number of us, in person, that he had a form of cancer when in fact he is battling something else. I hope that he successful in his treatment program, but I would never again be treated or employed by him.

:) Click to report rating    3/30/08 5 5 5 P.S. (as a follow up to previous rating) To be fair to Dr. Lubitz, he has treated me ethically. I have been fully refunded the balance I had paid ($1,500) for a service that was cancelled as a result of his office closure. Obviously something very serious has happened in the Lubitz world and this is impacting his family, staff and patients. May this situation be resolved with compassion and integrity by all involved.

:) Click to report rating    3/29/08 5 5 5 When I returned from holidays last week, I was shocked to see that Dermatica has closed. I was a Dermatica patient for a year, and felt very well cared for by both Dr. Lubitz and his staff. I wish them all well, under these difficult circumstances.

:( Click to report rating    3/25/08 1 1 1 What a relief that this dr. is no longer practicing. I am still suffering the effects of what happened at this clinic a year ago. When things went wrong both his staff and the doctor became defensive, discounted my concerns and basically wanted nothing to do with me. The staff member I dealt with most was incompetent, irresponsible and unprofessional in her treatment and when I actually did get to see the dr, it was the back of his head while he punched away at the computer. I sought second and third opinions and they agreed that this clinic failed me badly in their treatment and care. When I finally did get my patient file (which he initially withheld on purpose!?) it was full of incorrect information. I am totally appalled that the final page says the problem was resolved when I am still trying to treat the problems caused by this clinic. I regret that I ever trusted this so-called professional and am now very wary of all doctors.

:( Click to report rating    3/20/08 3 1 1 I am a former staff member of Dr.Lubitz. I was terminated, along with all the other staff, when he "Fell ill". NONE of us were given our vacation pay or severance and were told we would have to sue if we wanted it! I can also tell you that he wrote the reviews on this page on 6/7/07 - the first listed one, and 6/6/07 - the positive review! I saw him do it. He is not a nice man, and always treated his staff horribly. He only cares about himself!

:) Click to report rating    3/11/08 5 4 5 I have had several treatments done by Dr. Lubitz and have been 100% happy with all of them. I find him to be very knowledgable and very good at what he does. I find that he explains all the procedures very clearly and never makes you feel rushed. I had an appt in which I sat in the waiting room for a considerable amount of time, I finally gave up and left. Later that day I received a personal phone call from Dr. Lubitz apologizing for the long wait, I have sat in many waiting rooms for longer than this, and never received an apology like this. The staff at Dermatica have said that Dr. Lubitz is ill and has taken a sudden and unexpected medical leave, I was very sorry to hear this news. I wish him all the best in his treatment and hope he gets well soon.

:( Click to report rating    2/27/08 1 1 1 Found Dr. Lubitz to be very rude in dealing with my skincare issues. Was unable to treat my acne and dismissive of my concerns. Was quite rude that I brought my child with me to the exam. I can't find a babysitter everytime I go to see a dermatologist to get a prescription refilled. The staff left me after they administered a glycolic peel and my face burned. Scabs formed for a week, which was an inconvenience to say the least! Is interested only in cosmetic procedures, but I wouldn't trust him at all for any followups if something went wrong. I warn everyone away from this doctor. No bedside manner at all, unprofessional, and lack of respect for clients.

:) Click to report rating    2/21/08 5 4 5 I highlyly recommend DR LUBITZ as a COSMETIC DERMATOLOGIST. I have been seeing him for several years for a variety of cosmetic concerns and treatments. I have always found him to be extremely professional, highly skilled and respectful of my questions however trivial they may be and more importantly of my own insecurities and my desire to improve subtle areas of my appearance. I have put my trust in his recommendations and judgement and have always been extremely satisfied with the outcomes of his treatments. Wonderful support staff.

:( Click to report rating    1/17/08 2 2 1 I was booked for a consultation that took me 6 weeks to get in. I was held up on a business trip and had to resched. We rebooked for 1 week later AT THE SAME time (11am was the original time). When I get there, 1 week later at 11am - I was coldly told that i missed my appointment. It was for 10am and was clearly in the wrong. When I asked what could be done (I had health spending $$ that needed to be spent in 2007), she said that they would be closed for Xmas and couldn't rebook me until into the New Year. I'll admit, I was frustrated and in shock...I bluntly told her 'no' when she asked if I wanted to rebook for next year. When I called that afternoon to ask to rebook - she said Dr.Lubitz already charged $100 to my credit card for "missing" my appointment, and that is could not be used towards a future service. Having never met the man - I was disgusted. I will never go back! Friends said to file a complaint, but $100 still is better than putting my face in this man's hands.

:( Click to report rating *  12/7/07 1 1 1 I waited more than 6 weeks for a consult to tell my insurance company that I had a latex allergy. he sent me for a patch test that I had to wait 6 months to get in for and I couldn't shower fo 2 days. When I finally got back for my results I asked him if I reacted to the latex patch. So he tells me that NONE of th 50 some patches I had placed were latex but they were other common allergen!!!!!!! Totally did not address my concern. he then told me there is a latex allergy test but it is very involve (days long) and that the insurance company would take his word for it! If that was true then why did he send me for that ridiculous test???? He was also rude, his handwriting is totally unreadable and then his nurse tried to tell me all doctors write like that. Well you know what, thank GOD i became a dentist!

:) Click to report rating *  10/18/07 1 1 5 I have always been extremely satisfied with the personal care and attention, cosmetic results and the overall patient experience since becoming at patient of Dr. Lubitz's more than 4 years ago. He is a very professional and knowledgeable physician. The excellent staff at his clinic are pleasant, helpful and courteous. He has also taken care of my son's medical skin problem (acne) with wonderful results. Dr.Lubitz is an first class dermatologist and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

:) Click to report rating *  10/8/07 5 5 5 I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. lubitz and the staff at Dermatica. I have seen a few of the well known plastic surgeons and cosmetic dermatologists over the years in Edmonton and I have been the most impressed by far with the service, results and overall experience at the hands of Dr. Lubitz. My questions have always been answered in a respectful fashion, and he has always discussed the different treatment options available even if that has required that I see one of his competitirs. He is a very professional physician and I respect his judgement.

:) Click to report rating    8/28/07 4 3 4 I like him...and I would reccommend him. He definitely is a very good Doctor...and has worked very hard to get there. I just hope his heart stays true..and that all the cosmetic procedures and money that comes from that doesn't change the reason why he became a Doctor in the first place. I don't know ...somehow I could see him helping people in Africa or something...He really helped me with my skin condition...Thanks.

:( Click to report rating    7/10/07 4 1 2 I also am in the health care field. But personally I was very much in shock after hearing him talk down to staff. He should really look at himself how he interacts with staff and patients. I will not return.

:( Click to report rating *  6/19/07 1 1 From reading the most frequent ratings on this Doctor it sounds as if he is rating himself and trying to correct the negative feedback left by previous patients. My only question is who cares ... just go to a different Doc.

:) Click to report rating *  6/7/07 5 5 I am have been very impressed and extremely satisfied with all aspects of the medical care provided by Dr. Lubitz and his staff at Dermatica over the past 2 years since I have been his patient. I have had several appointments and procedures for medical and cosmetic concerns during this time period, and on all occasions I have been treated with the utmost respect, professionalism, understanding and care by Dr. Lubitz and his entire staff. He is an extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled and respected physician who offers nothing less to his patients than 110%. Given some of the other negative comments regarding his actions towards staff that I have read, I suspect that he demands the same commitment and effort of staff which probably is difficult at times in his busy clinic. That been said, I must say that his staff are the best I have ever experienced. Keep up the great work.

:) Click to report rating *  6/6/07 5 5 Have been a patient of Dr. Lubitz for more than 3 years. ALWAYS very satisfied with his knowledge, his diagnoses and the results of his treatment. Never have waited for more than 15 minutes for my appointment. Wonderful staff. State of the art facility. Very professional and respectful. Have recommended Dr. Lubitz to several of my closest friends and family members and have received similar feedback from them regarding their experiences.

:) Click to report rating    6/4/07 5 5 An excellent dermatologist: Dr. Lubtiz is extremely knowledgeable in his field; was attentive to my questions and concerns; provided me with printed material relevenant to my diagnosed skin condition, and discussed in detail and without bias the pros and cons of several effective, safe and currently available treatment options. Highly recommended.

:) Click to report rating *  5/26/07 5 5 I can say without hesitation that Dr. Lubitz is one of the most understanding, compassionate and gifted physicians that I have ever met. He has build a world class surgical facility here in Edmonton that in my opinion in second to none; he has trained and assembled a competent, energetic and caring staff; he has committed his time and efforts towards continually advancing and perfecting his medical knowledge and surgical skills; and he has always strived to and succeeded in providing his patients with the most up to date, cuting edge technologies and procedures available. Highly recommended

:| Click to report rating *  5/24/07 4 2 He did treat my acne well and when I started going to his office, he was very helpful in looking at my situation for scars. The last visit, though, I didn't have the money for an expensive treatment and rather than suggesting a chem peel or something more affordable, he was rather abrupt with me. I left feeling quite low about my appearance - there were no reassurances about the progress we had made. Come on, doctor, you are in a business where self-esteem is super important - handle us with care. The staff is warm and inviting and I am very uncomfortable when he is rude with them.

:) Click to report rating *  5/20/07 4 5 I have seen three dermatologists in the past two years. Dr. Paul Lubitz is by far the most sincere and caring of the three. My reason for saying this all comes down to attitude: the other doctors barely had time listen to my concerns, never mind treat me. Follow up was minimal, and when I could get an appointment, it felt rushed. I truly felt inconsequential to their business, and I didn't feel that I got good value for my dollar. During the time I have seen Dr. Lubitz, he has spent quality time with me, consulting; he has provided me with great treatment; and he has requested regular follow up care. I feel like my case matters and that I'm getting quality care. Consequently, I have the utmost confidence in him and have chosen him as my primary dermatologist. Once again, the reason is attitude: I have found a doctor who connects with his patients--this is a breathe of fresh air!

:) Click to report rating    5/19/07 4 5 After 30 years of dealing eczma and seeing several other dermatologists, Dr Lubitz was the one who took the time and showed the interest to manage my eczma. I have a much better quality of life today because of his ability to diagnose exactly what was causing my skin problem and then finding long term solutions. I see him regularly and am extremly happy today with my skin. When I walked in the first time, my skin was so bad people would stare at me on the street. He showed a sincere interest in helping me feel better and has always treated me with respect and compassion from that first visit to toady.

:) Click to report rating *  5/4/07 3 5 After reading some of the other comments, especially the negative ones, Dr. Lubitz is actually a nice guy! I have no problem communicating with him and we can have a conversation and a laugh - and I am NOT 105lbs, blond and beautiful - It's all in how you treat him - if you you were rude to him or obnoxious, I would be the same back to you! He is a busy guy, but he seems to have time for me - so what's the problem??!!

:) Click to report rating *  4/28/07 3 4 Dr. Lubitz has helped me not only with the medical problems he treats me for but with knowledge, support and advice for other medical problems that were unrelated to those of my initial visits. These particular problems he has helped me with have greatly improved my day to day quality of life. He is very knowledgable as an all around practitioner, not just in his specialty field[s]. He is also down to earth, personable and makes me laugh. I look forward to my visits with him.

:) Click to report rating *  4/24/07 5 5 I first came to see Dr. LUBITZ in 2005 for an irregular mole as well as adult acne. My GP had dismissed the changing mole and efforts to control my acne were unsuccessful. From the very beginning, Dr. LUBITZ along with his staff were welcoming, punctual and knowledgeable. At no time were any products or unwanted procedures pushed or even suggested. Dr. LUBITZ was very thorough and is clearly an expert in his field. During my appointments Dr. LUBITZ was very pleasant as well as patient with all of my questions. (Yes there was eye contact… and no I’m not 105 lbs.) During the surgery it was clear that my comfort and safety was of the uppermost importance. The melanoma was removed with little discomfort and the scar healed up beautifully. As for the acne I once had, it is gone and I’ve never had such clear and radiant skin. Edmonton is fortunate to have a well trained and highly gifted Physician such as Dr. LUBITZ. You change peoples’ lives. Doc, keep up the amazing work!

:) Click to report rating    4/10/07 5 5 If you need a doc with miracleous hands then Dr. Lubitz is the one. I had skin cancer on my left ear and he performed the surgery but after two weeks even he could not find the location of surgery when he attempted to take photos! Very cautious doc, at least 23 times warned me to be careful not to touch the surgical items on my chest during surgery! Maybe he considered me of low IQ! Great job doc, thanks a lot.

:( Click to report rating    4/3/07 1 1 Dr. Lubitz was very short with me when he came into the exam room. He was irritated with the nurse who was helping me and put her down in front of me. This made me feel very uncomfortable. When they left he was mean to her in the hallway and showed her no respect. Even though he seems really smart, I didn't like the fact that he treated his staff so poorly. Not sure if I will go back???

:( Click to report rating    3/31/07 1 1 Dr.Lubitz is arrogant and as long as i've been going to the clinic there has been new staff each time i'm there! i've even heard him yelling at them in the hallway. I don't feel comfortable when i'm there and can't wait to leave(but i'm always waiting forever!)and i usually just see a nurse.Don't want to go back.

:) Click to report rating    3/20/07 5 5 Doctor Lubitz is very attractive and knowledgeable. My acne is completely gone mainly because he treats it like a disease. But seriously, he looks like Dr. Shepherd off of greys anatomy plus he like invited blue light therapy. I love you dr. Lubitz!

:| Click to report rating    3/17/07 1 1 I found Dr. Lubitz very rude and arrogant! He made me feel absolutely terrible when I took my son in for acne. Wait times are long and I felt like he was only interested in money. He certainly thinks very highly of himself and makes you feel like you are beneath him in every way. I will not return.

:) Click to report rating    3/12/07 1 3 Have been going to Dr. Lubitz for a few years now for skin cancer treatment. His time/schedule management started out being absolutely awful, but has improved some. Have not really been convinced that he maintains continuity from visit to visit, as advice seems to vary quite a bit, when nothing has really changed. I suspect his knowledge is above average, but I'm sure he ticks a lot of people off with his arrogant know it all bedside manner.

:) Click to report rating    3/7/07 4 5 He is a excellent doctor, and really knows his specialty. He is sincere in giving the best advice and diagnosis and is excellent in the care he provides. He is a perfectionist which makes it difficult for the staff to keep up with. He really seemed to enjoy teaching the nurses, as he brought them in to my exam room to learn. I would reccomend him. He provided me with helpful information.

:( Click to report rating    3/3/07 3 1 I was at his clinic 6 months ago with my 14 year old daughter for her acne. She doesn't want to go back because he was rude and impatient with her. He didn't take the time to answer all my questions and left the nurse to answer them for him and then he was then very rude to her right in front of us because she suggested something he disagreed with. Then when they left the room I could here him yelling at her in the hallway. We will never go back there!

:| Click to report rating    2/16/07 3 2 I am sure he knows his stuff, but his manner is terrible. No eye-contact, about 2 minutes in the room, then he leaves me with what appeared to be completely untrained staff -- they reminded me of Keystone Cops -- to treat me. I felt vulnerable and completely unsafe with them. I didn't go back to that office.

:( Click to report rating    2/13/07 1 1 He shows preference to beautiful women and ignores the average person. He seems more interested in making money than helping people. I found him arrogant, rude and intolerant of my questions.

:) Click to report rating    2/5/07 3 4 Can be a very nice man when he takes the time to slow down. His practice is too busy or his staff need to learn to book his time better. I have found him to be very helpful and generous in his treatment. Beautiful office is not reflected in how he treats his staff. If he could keep good staff and sufficient numbers of them, I think he wouldn't appear as dismissive as commented by others. His referrals have been excellent and I have been satisfied with his medical expertise and the helpfulness of his staff.

:( Click to report rating    2/5/07 2 1 Arrogant and dismissive. I get the sense he's more interested in cosmetic procedures and selling product (like blue light treatment for acne) than looking into serious health-related issues. Given the expensive look of his stylish office, I get the sense he makes lots of money on those cosmetic procedures.

:( Click to report rating    2/5/07 1 2 Dr. Lubitz only cares about making money. He is not sympathetic, nor is he genuinely concerned about his patients.

:( Click to report rating    1/27/07 1 1 What an arrogant person. Never made eye contact with me, probably because I wasn't 105 pounds. Strongly recommend not seeing this person ever.

:( Click to report rating    1/24/07 2 1 The rudest most arrogant idiot I have ever encountered. Will never look in the direction of that clinic again. He insulted me and didn't even look at me when talked to me. His nurse took info in the exam room and didn't even look at me when asking the questions. What a nightmare!!!
