Over 50 days to pay me incorrectly minimum wage. I am a dental hygienist. I understand they were not paying for working interviews. I want a full investigation. I am taking her to court for money owed.

I moved here and needed a dentist and I had no recommendations. I'm glad I found StarBase and Dr. Sirivolu. (it's very near where I live). I've only had cleanings and a few cavities done so I don't know about the severe dental work he would do (but they do have all new and high tech stuff on site there), but Dr Sirivolu is super-professional, and has a great approach to patients. I can't speak highly enough about him. The office is professional, but ordinary, so I can't really speak to any scheduling or billing issues. I've never had a hint of any problem though.

5 stars all the way. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sirivolu and his staff. From the day I had my first appointment in January and every appointment since then, I have been extremely happy with their service. Dr. Sirivolu ALWAYS explains the different options that are available and then recommends what he feels will be the best course of action. All of my cleanings have been fast and VERY efficient. The cavities I had filled were quickly taken care of and even my root canal didn't hurt. Dr. Sirivolu utilizes the latest dental procedures and techniques. I must admit though, one of my favorite reasons for going there is to see their really cool office which is decked out in Star Trek collectibles. They are special chairs and a large flat screen that plays sci-fi movies (Star Wars seems to be their favorite). When you are taken to the treatment areas, you are surrounded by an overload of Star Trek memorabilia. How cool is that???

This dentist is in business to make as much money off of each patient as possible, nothing else. They make patients pay 100% up front, even the insurance portion, which violates many Ins contracts.

Trying to sell you on as many treatments as possible. Its like a used car dealership. The fillings they replaced make it painful to eat and its been more than a year. He did not listen. I asked when they schedule my next app what would be the $$ would be w/insurance they tell me its completely covered. Minutes before app I asked again, they check and tell me I pay nothing, its completely covered. After app, they say $86. I just got a bill for $196. How convenient the price goes up after the work is done.

This is the worst office I have ever been to. The staff has no idea what is going on. I have been placed on hold by some English lady everytime I called and when she did pick up she was so rude to me. I went in for a checkup since I go in PA every six months I am aware of anything going on. I thought since I was in Orlando I would go to Starbase to get my cleaning. This doctor must be in need of money. He wants to charge me 2500.00 for a crown. Because I have no insurance. The crown he wants to replace was put in October 2008 by my regular dentist.That is only 5 months ago. I returned to my regular dentist since this visit an he told me that is Dr Sirivolu's way of making easy money, doing unnecessary work. Stay away from this guy. He will overcharge.He is a great talker, should be selling used cars in a chevy dealership.

I really admire this office. Great Staff, great doctor and wonderful atmosphere. Makes you feel outta world. Would definitley refer all my friends and family to this unique office. Me and my kids had great experience being treated with so much care and had undivided attention by the doctor. Believe it or not it NEVER hurt during the entire procedure. I love it.

The great rating I gave is for the lady that does my cleanings and the girl running his office all by herself. As much as I paid for my first visit shocked me. The office manager is the only person working in the front office, I think that is her title, but she seems to do well all alone but with what I paid I think that office should have better staffing. I felt like I was in an office for the poor. Some woman was at the front who did not know anything and she took forever to have me taken to the doctor to get my xrays.She had to ask how to do everything. Now as for the doctor, he is a joke. He is INDIA all the way. He tried to tell me I needed 24 thousand in dental work but little does he know I went to a dentist the week before and was given a clean bill of health. Seems kind of funny to me. My friend went there and the same thing happened . STAY AWAY he is a crook. He is greedy. When I said I did not want to do all that he stopped talking to me.

Don't go to this dentist. He thinks he's in India and messes up peoples mouths. I went in to get a cavity filled and all of a sudden i neede over 10 thosand dollars of work done. Yeah right. I think i upset him because when i told him i only wanted the filling done a few days later i neede a root canal and now ironically i need a crown. Makes you wonder huh? The staff is great especially Dee. The sad part is she seems to know more than he does in Dentistry. The assistant Renata is great and i love the office manager Daisy. But as much as i love them i can't go to a money hungry dr that does not do good work.

I love Starbase Dental. I wouldn't go anywhere else.The front desk girl and the office manager are very knowledgeable and professional in their field. Dee my Hygienst is the best, she knows her stuff. She is the reason I go to Starbase Dental.I tell all my friends and family to go there. The doctor is good too. I did not have any cavities but he did my check up.
