Ive been going to the office for years (even before Dr Archer). I love the staff and the area, but recent appointments don't seem to be as personable as before. It always seems to be about getting me in and out the door quickly.

As a newcomer to Toronto, I chose Dr. Archer because of her many positive reviews, and am pleased to add my support along with the myriad of other satisfied patients. Dr. Archer’s professionalism, skill and compassion is truly a rare find. She puts you at ease immediately, is approachable and clearly knowledgable about dentistry. Dr. Archer should teach bedside manner.

At the end of my appointment, I was trying to decipher the insurance lingo regarding my next treatment. Dr. Archer stopped what she was doing and explained exactly what would be happening by labeling a diagram of the mouth – translating the lingo into English! I brought it along with me to my next appointment as a useful tool that enabled me to fully understand the treatment.

Additionally, I was very satisfied by the cleaning from Mary, dental hygienist. She took the time to explain the numbering system for teeth, empowering me to better communicate my needs and concerns. I learned more from Dr. Archer and Mary in one visit than years in other offices.

The front reception staff is also very friendly on the phone and in person. Dr. Archer’s strong leadership clearly spreads down and results in an exceptionally well-run establishment. I am actually shocked at the stellar care at this office. I’ve lived in several cities in the USA and the UK, and Archer Dental is hands down the best dentist office I’ve been to. I would highly recommend Dr. Archer and all the staff at Archer Dental.

I would like to recommend Dr Archer and her team at Rosedale clinic to anyone who cares to have a good, knowledgeable and professional dentist clinic with also a superb human side! The clinic is beautiful, modern and clean, the atmosphere is warm and friendly, the staff is very kind and supporting and Dr Archer is a very funny dentist who makes you feel comfortable on a dentist chair! I am terrified by dentist and as I moved to Toronto my concern was to find a good dentist. Having found Dr Archer and her team is GREAT! Two days ago I had to do a root canal treatment and I was terrified: Dr Archer and her team (Kerry and Annicia) were extremely understanding and kind with me and I did not feel any pain.. it is almost like going to the spa!
I highly recommend Dr Archer dental clinic! Just go and try!

I loved my last dentist, but when it was time to move on, I looked high and low for someone who could provide me with top notch care. EVERYONE I knew suggested Dr. Archer and with good cause. Dr. Archer and her team are the best. Plain and simple. The office is beautiful, clean and inviting as opposed to so many dental practices that feel dated and dreary. Her tools are state-of-the-art too, which means you get great, minimally invasive care that's essentially painless. Seriously, she gave me a filling and I felt NOTHING! The icing on the sugar-free cake is that Dr. Archer and her team are genuinely lovely people. They're personable, entertaining and committed to giving each patient a wonderful experience.

I'd give her six stars if it were possible.

I have been a patient for years since Dr Archer took over the practice. I don't like that there seems to be a lot of staff turnover and don't like seeing different hygienists each time. A lot of fancier changes have come into the office as well. I don't mind these changes however the office seems more about appearance than delivering patient care as it was before. I probably won't go anywhere else for now, but I'm getting to that point!

I happened to come upon this review and today we met as an entire team to understand and reach out to you to invite you to contact us personally as we want each of our patients to have a consistent and excellent experience for many years to come!
Yes, we have had many new faces since and some of our team members are raising families or caring for their parents as their primary responsibilities. They keep in touch and I call them our "honorary team members." I am proud of our growing team and our accomplishments to advance dental care in our changing world. Some of our staff work out of our other location and you may not see them on the day of your visit and we often joke that myself and some of our team members look exactly like the care providers at our other location.
We would be absolutely pleased to schedule you with the same hygienist of your choice for your visits- you just need to let us know of your preferences and and I promise you we will make this happen. I understand completely.
As for the changes to the Rosedale office, we are working hard on embracing technology every day and providing sound scientific evidence based advances to make dentistry as comfortable and convenient as possible.
On behalf of myself and my team, we want our patients to have a really positive experience, feel safe and cared for, feel listened to and have the best quality dental care. I look forward to hearing from you and seeing you in the office.

Top notch all the way. Dr Archer is very professional, competent and highly skilled. For those of us that are a bit uneasy about going to the dentist, she goes above and beyond to put you at ease.

Best... best best in all categories. Their office is specialized to cater to cowards like me. They make the experience pleasant and they care very much. Amazing followups and great at diagnosing problems and trouble spots.

When i start having a dental issue, of course i suffer, but I don't get too anxious because i know doctor archer and her crew will help make it better. i have been seeing them since i moved to the area - every single time, whoever it is that is doing the procedure, i always feel looked after.
Dr Archer and her entire crew - all are kind, caring, and demonstrate profound empathy. i have very low tolerance for pain - they get that, and are very flexible. They go the extra mile sometimes. The little extras - like the flavoured lip balm or warm pillow are a nice touch - it signals that they care about your experience in the clinic, and how you feel.
I had a conversation with one of the dentists - she echoed exactly how i felt - in the dentists chair, one feels so exposed and vulnerable. You're in pain, with sharp cold metal objects in your mouth. it can be so threatening. they know this, so they make the extra effort for the patient to feel relaxed. i appreciate that.
They are efficient with their bookings, so i never have to wait long. the space is bright and welcoming. they have won many awards and recognition - all are well deserved.

First class facility and amazing clinical staff. Receptionists handle paperwork seamlessly and I really like how they worked with my insurance and actually explained options and choices. Very transparent in their approach. All good.
