Every single patient who comes to our office for a checkup and cleaning is examined by the dentist, me. If your visit went down as you report why not mention it to me the dentist. Our second follow up is at the front desk where almost everyone is asked "how was your visit?" This is how we tweek things, how things run. Not everyone will like every hygienist or dentist, you are encouraged to be with someone who is a personality match, so as to make you feel more comfortable. We offer neck pillows, and if you have back problems or dislike the electronic scalers we will and do accommodate the patient. We are sorry that you didn't bring this up at your visit so that we could ensure you had a different experience your next visit . Believe me this is not the way your experience should have been. Nor how we want it to be. Let me know when your next appointment is, let us show what it really should be. Jeff

This is not our norm and is highly unusual since we have a 99.5% on time performance and regularly review this since we value your time and your time is important.
