Burned my lip with fraxel. Permanently impaired and refuses to make it right. Referred me to another doctor and has stop Paying for the scar treatment. My lip will never be right again. Way too aggressive and really doesn’t care. Beware and keep looking there are good and considereste and caring derms out there. For me I am just out of luck and my upper lip shows her quality of work forever!

I couldn't ahve asked for a better visit with Dr. Rostan! I had a last minute skin emergency literally HOURS before an important event. Dr. Rostan and her staff did everything they could to squeeze me in the same day. Per usual, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and kind. We have always been treated well with setting up the appointment, to being welcomed into the office, the actual consultations, treatment, and follow-up care. We especially appreciate that Dr. Rostan's office keeps after-care products in the wait room for patients to purchase. We buy sunscreen products there because we trust that Dr. Rostan has the best products there for her patients. I could NOT ask for better care or communications; online, website, emails, all is extremely convenient.
