Dr. Jang and her staff just want to sell products and make money off of patients. I saw Dr. Jang a few times during which I always purchased skin care products that she sold me. When I had a follow-up visit to ask for a prescription refill, she said "I'm not like a plumber" and that product purchases was how she paid for her staff and clinic. After that, I never went to see her again. If you are looking for a doctor to actually help you instead of selling you expensive products, then you should go somewhere else.

I have never experienced such a rude, aggressive Doctor in all my years of receiving Botox, facials or any dermatological procedure. I’m not sure if this woman was acting this way because she is a diabetic and did not have enough insulin or was low in sugar, but she spoke to me like I was an imbecile, a small child. She was not warm, kind of patient at all. I suggest if you want to keep your job and make money that you treat your patients with respect. I will never see this woman again and I suggest the same for any future patients. I will be going back to Vancouver later and skin care centre. They are so kind and patient with me.

Totally agree with the negative reviews of this horrid money grubber of a "doctor". She went straight to the drug pushing of Accutane. None of the dermatologists I've seen before had ever pushed so hard to get you on a prescription. The side effects were not acceptable to me. And yes, the sleazy hard sell of overpriced, mediocre skincare products that cost half a month's rent. One appointment with this pathetic "doctor" was enough and I dropped her like a bad habit. No regrets. There are so much better out there.

This review is 2 years over due, but I need to let people know. I went to her for ice pick scarring and she told me about Co2 laser. Told me to come back in a year after selling me $1,900 worth of creams! Yes you read that right! Also told me every time I needed to pick up my prescription it was $80! And told me "how do we pay for all of this" meaning her office! ummmm its not my job to pay for your clinic I can easily go to my family doctor and get my prescription! After the year she told me now your creams are expired and your still oily so you need to re purchase the whole $1,900 set! So guess what... I flew to Beverly hills and and got the Co2 laser done there with a over the counter cream the doctor had prescribed for I think it was $47. She is money hungry and a pathetic excuse for a "doctor"! DO NOT GO TO HER!

I agree with those that gave Dr. Jang a poor rating. I went there 15 years ago & refused to go back. Dr. Jang did not spend time with patients and was keen to sell the skin care product. After parting big money buying laser treatment package and cream, I had enough.

I have seen Dr. Jang on several occasions now over the course of a few years and I have always been so impressed with her skill, knowledge, expertise and confidence in what she recommends. I never feel “over done” walking out of there and I love that Dr. Jang helps me preserve my youthfulness in a tasteful and natural look way. I highly recommend her and the staff .

I am very disappointed with doctor Jang and the results of her work on my face, she was not caring at all about the lump inside my mouth which is still there after 2 months. I went back and she was very rude and did nothing to correct her mistakes. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Jang is very condescending and rude in her comments - especially if you don't go for the hard sell for more treatments and products than you came in for. Also both she and her staff suggested I consider seeing her husband for cosmetic surgery! I found I was made to feel very negatively about my appearance and, at one point, Dr. Jang commented that the reason she looked so much better than I did was because she "had had a lot of work done." There are many salons in Vancouver where you will not feel humiliated by the people who are there to provide a service in a supportive atmosphere. I will be going to one of those salons.

Excellent care and results for well over 12 years now from Dr Jang and her specialist technicians , would not hesitate to recommend Dr Jang - front desk staff Unfortunately - but I’m stating generally - over the years always so/so unfortunately but the most important is the results and for me, always good

Unfriendly staff, rude person and HORRIBLE MD! She ruined my skin FOR GOOD :’(
