This doctor is hurried and curt and has some of the worst bedside manner I've seen. Her MA was nice and set up the procedure, but then Dr. Pacheco rushed in immediately started going to town on my face without explaining at all what the procedure was or what she was doing. She was so hurried that she was unable to hear my concerns and missed a couple of spots and now I have to go back and pay even more. I'll be finding a different dermatologist to go back to.

Dr. Pacheco is very serious, but very professional. I felt like I was in very good hands, and she def cleared my face up. After three doctors, finally someone who knows what they are doing!
