The most dangerous, unsafe, neglectful, and incompetent place I have ever been in my life (not merely as far as hospitals go)! Both emergency visits by ambulance for dangerous electrolyte crashes after extensive illnesses, the staff attempted to deny me both inquiry and treatment for physical problems and tried to have me committed outright! My mum and fiance were both shocked and appalled. The initial visit: my mum told the nurse what happened, she stopped listening at "delirium", and parroted back a version of events so fundamentally skewed as to have blatantly heard nothing at all (her version had me just coming back from studies in England with an eating disorder when we had never mentioned anything to do with England, studies, and I have never had an eating disorder- a total fabrication)! She then proclaimed "psych ward" saying that fevers never cause delirium, a point which the doctor later had to amend. We had to fight just to keep me in the medical ward, then to be seen by a Dr, then 4 hrs for the IV drip that would save my life, which very nearly ended right there in the hospital due to their neglect!
The second emergency visit, I was so low after another set of illness that I arrived unconscious and couldn't remember anything when I woke up. I got the IV more readily that time, and I was immediately lucid as soon as it hit my veins. The doctor came back to me after minimal testing and said he couldn't find anything right away (testing for a very narrow scope), dismissed everything I tried to tell him about my condition, and sent me an irrelevant mental health interviewer. She sent my mum and fiance out of the room, while we discussed my frustration with my combined experience with this hospital's staff and how I did not appreciate the not listening and lying. When my mum and fiance came back, she ultimately declared the problem to be bulimia and a history of cutting- neither of which were ever discussed, evidenced, or true, and for which they both gave emphatic witness testimony against. She went on to attempt to coerce us into committing me, insisting that the doctor could legally do it on his own without our consent. We refused vehemently and unconditionally, completely outraged. The dr later admitted he had no legal criteria to keep me against my will, and was forced to discharge me (doing so with a bogus diagnosis in order to cover his own ass).

Needless to say, the entire experience was quite traumatizing for my family, and in both instances, we felt desperate to escape rather than at ease and taken care of. I met with 2 other healthcare professionals that day (the second time) in separate appointments for 2nd and 3rd opinions, and they both confirmed the hospital to be dangerously wrong. I work in a doctor's office myself, and know that this is NEVER how you treat a patient EVER! I have never been met with such dangerously immoral people before such as these! These people have no line they will not cross to make their ends meet! Absolutely criminal! Stay away from these people!

3 days after admission an infection occurred, staff never available, ER horrible, left patient in back with tongue bleeding for 5 hours. Filthy beyond belief, no information, most uncaring staff ever. Rude employees. Chaos everywhere.

Long wait in ER, failure to diagnosis, no doctor consistency, too many different doctors involved in treatment, poor communication
