Stay away! This place is absolutely NOT the place for adults to get any kind of physiological treatment. The medical treatment was substandard, The sleeping conditions were horrific, Staff has little to no initiative in helping their patients. Dr. Sanchez is so overwhelmed with 86 total patient in his charge that he does not give the proper patient attention. He felt that a proper consultation was derived from a 10 second exchange in the common area where lots of other patients congregate. This facility houses troubled children as well and I can only pray that they are not subject to the same neglectful treatment that the adult receive. This so called health care facility and the people who manage it are more concerned with the financial rewards for themselves than treating patients with a reasonable treatment plan that the patient is a part of. I feel that this facility and responsible persons (staff) are their solely for the money. Patient care and proper treatment are a nuisance.

Filthy dirty. Dr Sanchez will threaten to commit you if you want to leave. I spent 3 days in this horror show and witnessed condescending rude texting staff that should be held for 72 hr observation. I checked myself in for depression this place depressed me even more. When I stressed I wanted to leave dr Sanchez threatened to commit me. Game on. I was out that day!!! Felt bad leaving other patients there did tell some that were not too drugged up their rights but if you have someone in there get th out of there at once. They are not getting individualized Counsuling at all they are getting group. Which consist of " how do u feel today" ah I feel dirty and itchy and u? 30 years in business 30 years not cleaned or remodeled either. Roaches and all. Smoke breaks 2 or 3 a day 2 cig at time if staff feel like it. BBB accredited Score D . Stay away from this place liars all of them especially jill!!
