Went to lab on 10/7/22 @ 3:20 pm there was a laby lady that was not friendly in any way I tried to carry friendly conversation on with her and she was very short I also made the comment about never seeing her and she short with me with I been her for 22 years ! I understand everyone is short staff but we are people and we all are going threw things please be kind to one another. My vein where she took my blood swelled up and Bruised. She didn’t take my blood in a normal place and jab me, I keep it covered for 4 hours and put ice on it because the vein swell up an hurt. I usually don’t complain but it’s unfair for the next person that comes threw Robin Lopez
