Lady bugs everywhere in patient's room. Told that it is okay. The bugs are good luck.

I was there for 3 months and the staff was excellent. The wound doctor was especially great. They made sure patients were cared for.

No real care here. A disgrace to the health care industry. Disgusting. Smells like urine. No one knows what's going on. Sad. What else can I say? Stay away and report then to Medicare and NJ Department of Health. Good luck since the hotline doesn't answer.

This Facility is the worse I've seen. My relative have been in this Facility 20yrs and the changes I've seen is absolutely outrageous its dirty they don't pay attention to the residents they leave them in the rooms for 10s of hours at a time the CNA s are least interested in the care of the residents. The hygiene of some the residents I've seen is horrific state board needs to get there fast before lives are lost by depression these people needs HELP check on your family members and someone from the state board need to get there NOW

Terrible place to have your loved one. No consistent staff because no licensed professional wants to be a part of the the facility. Went through several Director of Nurses in less than a year. Administration is cut throat and not interested in the needs of the folks their supposed to be taking care of.

Staff shortage, high turnover rate. Residents receive the bare minimum care, because not enough staff Individual attention is lacking. They noticed my loved one was in pain for days, but staff didn't call the doctor to increase pain meds. Feel bad for those with no family to advocate for them. Plus the staff is not happy. The good ones leave because of the stress they are under scrambling to get work done, while lacking the time to give residents the personal care they really need and deserve. Seven Director of Nursing in one year.
