The lady at the ER entrance taking your information was very rude, it makes you think twice about going to this location. If I ever walk in there again & she is working, I will turn around and walk out. It not right When you are sick & get treated like that. Very unhappy how I was treated by her. She was working 7/12 between 4 & 6.

There is nobody around while your dying in pain. If I didn’t hit the-button I saw nobody. Was told I was getting discharged and Dr decided not to call so I sat for 5 hours when the specialist said I can go. Horrible!

I am never going there again. The staff on the ortho floor was dreadful, from hitting the top of my head with a steel plate while getting an X-ray to not giving me my pain medication prescription upon discharge. I realized this when I went to my pharmacy which was an hour’s drive away. This resulted in excruciating pain until the next day when I called my surgeon’s office to have them send a script over.

Yesterday had a hernia operation by Dr. Chang and a wonderful GSH team of pre-op nurses, OR personnel, Dr. Joe, and post-op nurses. Names I recall: Stephanie, Jennifer, Noreen, Meagan, Nancy and Christina. Thanks so much Jennifer for your professionalism, attention to details and such supportive life caring advice.

Don't go to the Emergency Department of you can go elsewhere. At night hey are off laughing and joking loudly while ignoring moaning patients. I was treated terribly there. They are rude, indifferent and uncaring.

They took excellent care of me. Highly recommend. Additionally they saved my life.
