Myexperiance was 9 hrs in the Er waiting for a room.Then was there for three weeks due to UTI and high white count. No MRI no Cat scan. Ended up in another hospital than goodness and found a sis in my lower back

Dad and brother have been in and out of DMC for the past couple of years. If you see a dirty floor somewhere, it’ll be there for days and days. Right now dad is laying in the ER. Was told he was being admitted 4 Hours ago! Nurses keep saying they’ll check if any updates. No one has administered meds. Man hasn’t even had his daily heart meds yet. DMC could be so much better.

Arrived at Delray Medical Center, 10 PM on a Saturday night. I went in for chest pain and lack of oxygen. Was in the emergency room from 10 PM till my room was ready at 7 AM. Delray medical center is a complete circus. I was there for a total of seven days. Not once did the nurse asked me if I needed help with a shower or bed change. I was scheduled for an ablation in four days. After the ablation I came back to my room and they told me I had to lay completely flat for four hours. After the four hours I was expecting a nurse to come check on me. My door was closed and I use the telephone that they gave me to call the nurse. There was never an answer. I started yelling for help. Hello help. My screams turned into full-blown yelling so much that I lost my voice completely. 45 minutes later two nurses came to the room. One nurse told me I should’ve press the button on the box instead of yelling. I had no idea there was a button on the box. They never told me. They only tell me about the phone. At this point I’m screaming I called a friend to come get me. I just wanted out of there. Then my nurse, Nila, says to me. Oh yeah, my phone is broken. That put me over the edge. 45 min.!! I was so afraid that I did damage to my heart by getting so upset. been at this point the head nurse, Chelsea comes in, and asks me to relax. I had no voice and was out of my mind with anger. The night I needed the most care I got the least. Upon discharge the nurse called my meds in to Chicago Illinois! My meds had to get rerouted. Also, a good friend of mine sent me these beautiful flowers. She called just to make sure that I received them. No one helped her over the phone. They kept blowing her off. They told her to call the room. There are no phones in the rooms. At least not in my room. Never ever go to this hospital

Had to go there for level 7-8 pain . The doctors and staff treated me well. But it was dirty and run down . I Don't get it, isn't it suppose to be clean and comfortable..Are they so use to it they don't see it.

If I could leave less than one star , I would. Nobody has done anything to help, they are leaving me in constant level 10 pain, someone even unplugged my call button last night. They’re giving me every opiod/narcotic under the Sun- nothing is touching this. Three days and no doctor that has discussed a possible diagnosis , no matter me what I ask for, it takes over an hour- I was also threatened by a charge nurse not to post on social media!

The hospital is filthy. Bloody bandages and feces on toilet seat in restroom.. There are some excellent staff members, as well as some very bitter and angry ones who take it out on patients.

This hospital should not be open anymore. I was just a patient there. It's very sad how far this hospital has fallen

My mother was transported by palm beach fire rescue after collapsing at her cardiologist office. She has having a carcinoid crisis due to a bad reaction to the medication given at the office and her tumors in her liver reacting to it. They did chest X-ray and cat scan told her she was fine but she was is a lot of pain. Spent 13 hours in the emergency room and she was only checked once by a medic to take blood out. She was never visited by anyone to see if she needed anything or needed any assistance to use the restroom. She had to disconnect herself from all the machines she was connected and was never offered any assistance. She advised me she was treated like a dog by a male nurse Orellana. I visited my mother for a short period of time in full law enforcement uniform hopping to get better service but didn’t matter. Go to another hospital if you’re able to. Avoid Delray

HORRIBLE. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. THEY ARE CRIMINALS. THE TREATMENT IS WORSE THAN WHAT WE DO TO TERRORISTS. I'M NOT BEING DRAMATIC. MY HUSBAND WAS LEFT TO SIT IN HIS OWN DIARREA BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T BRING HIM A BED PAN FOR 1 HR. BYE THE WAY TENET WHO OWNS THIS HOSPITAL MADE BILLIONS IN PROFIT LAST YEAR ALONE. I BET THEY DONATE LARGELY TO ONE PARTY. WAKE UP EVERYONE.

I've had three stays here, so my review is not from one stay. This has happened to me three times now; it has to be this place! WOKE to say it politely. If you are a straight white male over 50, they treat you like the plague! HATE is the only way I can say my experience regardless of who they think I voted for; according to the staff, they must think I voted for Trump because that was the HATE I received! It's going to be my mission to the right as many reviews as possible to let people know you are treated by how you look!!! NEVER AGAIN will I go to that hospital!
