Should probably consider promoting the wildebeest of a woman that runs the triage station in the ER. I can’t believe she ONLY works at the front station! With the abundance of knowledge this woman has by just the MERE sight of a person is absolutely astounding! I thought a person would actually need to be seen by a physician to know if their health issue is an urgent concern or not… not at the CDH! Just look for the miserable warlock at the front! She will gladly ensure you wish you never came to ask for help in the first place. Keep up the good work everybody!

I have had surgeries, X-rays, blood tests, CT scans etc etc at this hospital over the past 6 years and I have only ever had one simple problem in all that time. I have rarely had to wait very long for any service and while in a ward was treated with respect and professionalism. I have also had to visit Emergency and of course, have had to wait longer given the state of funding, but I have to say that I've never encountered a problem. All of what I say goes for my family as well. I don't understand the rubric for value. I've never paid for anything at the hospital so I guess that is of high value in itself.

My surgery , pre and post care were all excellent. Every member of the staff that I had any interaction with was kind, positive and professional.

The Mental Health in this hospital, which was medicating my now ex wife for years, they refused to stop overmedicating her, when she quit taking the drug, they implicated me of the cause to her illness, called mcfd on me and the sick people in the Duncan MCFD, abducted my 11 year old, honor roll and top student daughter, WAVA then targeted me, my wife never came home after they were done with her. THEY SHOLD BE CHARGED WITH CHILD ABDUCTION, AND MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE AND MORE FOR THE HARM THEY DID TO MY FAMILY, AND OTHERS I HAVE COME TO LEARN AS WELL. THE PUBLIC NEEDS TO BE KEPT INFORMED AND SAFE FROM THESE NUTCASES.

Be careful about going to this hospital’s ER. They were very forward about telling me I was a “low priority” when I asked why I was not able to see a doctor before people who came a few hours after me (and had been waiting for a few hours as well). When I asked where I was in the queue I was told I “may be next or I may be 18th, I should just sit and wait”. There were 4 people in the waiting room when this was said. All had arrived within the last 15 - 30 minutes. I would like to think Low priority is that my injury was not a very serious issue, but when I am told I could be 18th in line out of 5 people I must question if this an example of a 2 tiered health system? I got the feeling that because I am a white male I am lowest on the priority list at this hospital and as such they would be leaving me sitting until I was the last person- if that ever happened. I left the ER rather than take the chance that I would not be attended too. The nurses are not pleasant, condescending, and lack any compassion or respect for patients. I realize I may be over reacting but our health care system and so called professionals leave something to be desired. I will need to go to a walk-in clinic where you actually get to see a doctor.

Worst hospital you can go to. Reception is more focused on their conversations and coffee than helping people. They have no compassion and seem to treat patients as inconveniences rather than the reason they are employed. When you ask a question the answer is “you will just have to sit down and wait.”
