Run away! I paid cash for my extraction. When I tried to file my claim with my insurance it was denied. This office filed a claim and was paid by insurance even though I paid them cash in full. There are other claims for the same thing with the better business bureau. I have called the office repeatedly and told they will refund my money. This was in May and it is now almost November. This is insurance fraud. Run away. Don’t go here!!

Dr. Achong is fantastic! I haven't seen a doctor like him ever. I will go back to him and recommend my friends and family to his practice. I had a bicycle accident and mouth is severe pain . I went to his office by searching Aetna's doctor list. During the process, he realized this pain was resulted from dislocated or broken jaw which he did not accept Aetna's Medical insurance. He clearly explained that since the medical insurance is not accepted here, it is much more beneficial for me to see a in-network doctor. His honesty and looking out for patient is greatly appreciate. In addition, he explained the diagnosis with an X-ray taken at his office, clearly and easy to understand. He also outlined options for broken or dislocation. He is so helpful. I will not hesitate to recommend friends to him. Most importantly he asked his staff not charge me for the visit. This is unheard of in today's environment. He is one of the outstanding doctors with patient's benefit on top of his mind, way above money. Best doctor I have ever seen!

Dr. Achong removed my daughter's wisdom teeth. From start to finish Dr. Achong was thorough and incredibly patience. My daughter was nervous and Dr. Achong was very quick to reassure her about everything. The office staff was great as well. We would recommend him for anyone needing an oral surgeon.

I was looking for an oral surgeon to take out my wisdom teeth and to sedate me. I was so scared and I have been putting it off for 2 years now. I met Dr Achong in his Orlando office and he and the staff was so helpful and comforting. My procedure went well and I had a quick recovery. It was a great experience and if you need to get your wisdom teeth out, go see Dr Achong!

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Achong to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. I got in relatively quick so i was happy about that. On the day of my appointment, i had the consultation first and the surgery following. I wasnt even finished filling out my paperwork before they called me into the back. In the back, they did a few x-rays of my teeth and took me into a room. In the room i filled out some consents and went over what would happen during the procedure. Everything seemed good to go, so i went back out to pay for the visit and everything. I sat in the waiting room for maybe 15 minutes and they called me back to begin the surgery. I got into the back room and they sat me down in the chair, hooked me up to oxygen, put in the IV for sedation and i was out within seconds. After the surgery, they helped me out to the car and i went home. The first night was rough, i ended up puking because i ate mashed potatoes when i was only supposed to have a light soup, but i didnt know that because i wasnt told. The second and third day i was still in pain but was able to go about my day almost as normal, but i took off of work to recover. Instead of having a one week check up i actually went back into the office 4 days after surgery because i was still in alot of pain. Dr. Achong assured me everything was okay, so i went on my way. Im now 2 week post op and im still in excruciating pain, and my inside of my mouth, lips, chin, and left side of my face is still NUMB from the surgery. Dr. Achong ASSURED me everything is okay and i dont have anything to worry about, but i dont think i should still be numb a week after surgery. Im not sure if im the only one experiencing this kind of treatment from him and this office, but i will not recommend anyone to see him, nor will i be going back to that office.

I went to dr Ronald achong and had some of my teeth out. I was so scared that he put me asleep. It was a really good experience. I didn't have that much pain after and didn't remember anything during my procedure. I was back working the next day. Anyone in Orlando that need oral surgery should see dr achong.

I had a bad tooth ache with an abcess. I am glad Dr. Ronald Achong in Lake Nona saw me right away and took care of me. His office was wonderful and friendly. My procedure went smooth and I am so happy with what he has done. I highly recommend him
