All I can say is he was the worst Doctor I could ask for. Very bossy. He did not care about the side effects I was having, the medication was not working and refused to change it.

Dr. Paramesh retired on October 31, 2013, with no notice to his patients! I could not get an appt. with a new neurologist until December. Upon trying to fill my Epilepsy meds the pharmacy called his office & they were denied. Seriously, a doctor retires & will not even allow your meds to be refilled when it's life or death. How incompetent!!! Called his office & the receptionist told me Dr. Paramesh stops by on Mondays, to check on things, then the next day the pharmacy calls to deny the refill. I had specifically asked his staff to call me with an update since the meds are what stops my seizures. Dr. Paramesh could of had the thoughtfulness to refer his patients to a new neurologist, forward patient records, and, at the least, advise he was retiring when I had just seen him a month and a half prior to his retirement. In addition, to top off my list of frustration, when I described to him at one point how bad my seizures were, he suggested to "pray to God". Glad he's retired!!!

he is a wonderful doctor:)he doesn't prescribe drugs that he doesn't feel are necessary. some people are put off by that. in my opinion he is the best neurologist in the city.

Dr. Paramesh has always been very professional, very concerned, and has always addressed my medical needs. I have seen him for the past five years and have always been pleased with my visits with him and his staff.

Poor bedside manner. Terrible office staff Dr. has no emergency on call service, no Dr. who covers for him. Does not respond to prescription refills in a timely manner. Seems to be uncaring and out dated on his knowledge about treating Cluster Headaches. Doesn't welcome patient inout or suggestions. Overall, his lack of empathy most likely contributed to my aligment, making the Cluster Headache blout last longer than past blouts. He told me only to take Imitrex once or twice a week, where I should have felt comfortable to take once a day during this flair up. I believe my Clusters lasted longer because I was so stressed with not beeing able to be properly treated. When he prescribed Oxygen, his dosage was way too low and unaffective. I found another neutrologist and doing much better.

He was not helpful at all. Did no tests but diagnosed me as having cluster headaches. He then perscripted perictin which is an appetite simulant even though I told him I was trying to lose 50+ pounds and was already taking phentermine. Thank God they would not fill the perscription at the pharamacy saying that it was not an "authorized drug" for cluster headaches and couldn't be taken with my phentermine. I would never recommend him to anyone and I only went to him because I am on an HMO and he is the doctor I was assigned. I will be changing to a PPO plan the first chance I get.

I think Dr. Paramesh is okay. He answered my questions. I'm very well versed in medical terminology with my condition and he took the time to explain everything to me. He may not smile much but I know he knows his stuff and that's what's really important to me.

Does not keep appointments. Did not offer to help reschedule or find another doctor despite my explaining that I had unilateral facial paralysis.

Agree with most of the other feedback. He really resented the fact that I had done research on the condition I'm suspected of having. Was irritated with questions and spoke in medical terminology that he knew I didn't understand. Left the office confused, irritated, and in tears! NOT RECOMMENDED!!

dr. paramesh was simply useless...i received the most half-baked nerve conduction study, and when my orthopedic asked for an EMG to go with my NCS, he refused. he's not a very personable or welcoming presence. not recommended...
